Transparency in Obama's Administration (that he promised during campaiging)

Obama needs to produce his true, complete, authentic birth certificate. His biological grandmother stated he was born in Kenya. During his early school years in Indonesia, he was registered as a Muslim - what's with that? His college records are hidden. His wife's racist thesis is also hidden from the public eye. If these people are running our country, they need to be totally transparent (although we do see the ...more »

Making Government Operations More Open

Make government officials reveal all conflicts of interest with legislation

From the Congress to the President, when a bill comes before them make them reveal all potential conflicts of interest. When it's proposed, they must reveal their ties to the industries, the lobbyists, etc;... as well as the connections their family members have. This would help to root out corruption by exposing potential personal gain and holding officials accountable for not revealing their potential conflicts of interest. ...more »

Making Government Operations More Open

Make It Safe for Govt. Workers to Innovate to Save Money

Federal departments can only become more Transparent, Participatory, and Collaborative with outsiders (citizens) unless those same things are adopted INTERNALLY. Those qualities can only show up on the *outside* if they are valued on the *inside*. However, federal departments do NOT have the internal openness that makes it *safe* for their employees (and those of contractors) to suggest ways to make their organizations ...more »

Deleted posts

I don't see anyone complaining that you deleted their "legalize marijuana" post of which there are MANY MANY duplicates. This tells me the only posts being deleted are the ones addressing Obama's eligibility to serve as President. If anyone believes the order to do so isn't coming directly from the White House, I have some ocean front property in Arizona I'd like to sell you.

Start a billboard campaign to find the Dr. that delivered Obama.

Somebody start collecting money to buy advertising in Hawaii to ask for leads as to whom the Dr. is that delivered Obama. We need a movement dedicated to finding and interviewing this most auspicious obstetrician. What an honor to be the man who delivered B.H.O.! Wouldn't we be able to contact ALL of the living obstetricians in Hawaii who were practicing at the time of his arrival upon the earth? How many could ...more »

Audit All Civilian Contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan Both Past and Present.

It is a well known fact that billions in taxpayer dollars have been paid out to civilian contractors during the entire course of the wars for work that was never completed and/or never done at all. There should be a full accounting for every dollar and a demand for reimbursement. There should also be indictments and prosecutions for these crimes.

RELEASE OF ALL PERTINENT RECORDS FOR OBAMA!

Obama has done nothing but lie to the American people since he took office. The first day after being sworn in he signed an Executive Order sealing his records. Sure doesn't seem like a president who is for WE THE PEOPLE, does it. Of course, his actions since Jan. 21 have all proven to us who he really is. He is an illegal himself - of course he won't uphold our immigration laws. He is a puppet placed by the Committee ...more »

How can we strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness by making government more transparent, participator

THROUGH HEAVY-HANDED MODERATION.

Asked yourself why this link was removed that lists the top voted ideas in all the categories.

Of course this was done AFTER moving the top voted to a new "Uncategorized" section at the bottom.

Fraud

Is in evidence right here on this board. Instead of getting an open and honest debate, trolls are allowed to come and slander any citizen who asks a question of this administration. Any person who in sincerity is searching for answers to some very disturbing questions get his posts removed, but the ones who support this admin are allowed to stay and troll the board. Disgorgement of Wall Street & Listen to Foot Soldiers when making rules

Guidelines for safe and sound lending practices have been in existence for decades, but after the dot.com bubble were tossed aside. When such enormous and reckless deviations from existing regulation take place; those who benefited from the reckless and unlawful practices should be disgorged immediately and a full investigation should be initiated. http://www.fdic.gov/regulations/laws/rules/2000-8630.html#2000appendixatopart364 ...more »
