The Directive should recognize and build on the rich and long experience with a large variety of public engagement and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) programs in the federal sector. In particular, the Directive should include within its senior management someone with a dispute resolution background so that a dispute resolution perspective can be included within the Directive’s discussions
Barry needs to know more about his adopted country. I think he should start by regularly visiting the Holocaust Museum until he figures out who the good guys and bad guys are.
Wouldn't it benefit the Veteran's more having nurses work in clinical areas.
Why are there so many nurses working in the VA in non-clinical positions; such as Administration and Management.
Give an incentive for the nurses to stay in their field, bonus, etc. or RIF some back to lesson the shortage.
