Create a tax incentive for businesses that show profits at the end of the year. They could designate a percentage of their end of year profits to be used over the next 1 - 2 years for new hires only (increasing their overall staff). Create Jobs in the Private Sector Not Government Jobs

Any Jobs created in the public sector destroys jobs in the private sector. Governments don't create real jobs. Government salaries are payed for with taxes, borrowing or printing which puts a burden on taxpayers, employers, value of the dollar and the overall economy. Employers need tolerate past marijuana offenses

I have so much trouble finding and being accepted after background check during the employment process. Best Buy first hired me but then after a background check showed that I had a possession of marijuana charge which was a misdemeanor, I was denied the offer for employment. I'm not a criminal!! Some times degrees and experience will not demostrate goodwill and hard work minds. Let people volunteer in government offices. Do not promise anything. Just let them volunteer. They will gain knowledge, they will learn how the system works and maybe if they are really good they may be haired. There are hundreds of Nurses; including RN's working for the VA in non-clinical positions. Wouldn't it benefit the Veteran's more having nurses work in clinical areas.
