Audit All Civilian Contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan Both Past and Present.

It is a well known fact that billions in taxpayer dollars have been paid out to civilian contractors during the entire course of the wars for work that was never completed and/or never done at all. There should be a full accounting for every dollar and a demand for reimbursement. There should also be indictments and prosecutions for these crimes.
