Legalize Marijuana

Legalize it. Don't criticize it!

We all know the facts, ok. No one if fooling anyone else with "Reefer Madness" type fear tactics. We all know it will not kill you. No one has EVER died as a direct result from consuming marijuana. NOT ONE. I will shoot myself in the head, on web-cam, if someone can show me ONE death directly from smoking weed. ONE, UNO!

Open up discussion to re-evaluate marijuana laws

I think it's time to have a serious debate about the current marijuana prohibition laws and the effects it's having on a very large part of society.

People are always saying that marijuana legalization would send the wrong message to kids, but what I believe to be the wrong message to kids, is the fact that so many non-violent offenders are spending time in jail, when they should be at home raising their kids, instead... more »

I am no criminal I love marijuana.

We are people JUST LIKE YOU. Stop treating us like we are criminals, we are not violent people!

We exist is society already anyways, stop throwing innocent people in jail!

Not only are we tossed in prison cells but we are squeezed for every dime we have by the court systems.

WE ARE NOT CRIMINALS.

WE ARE PEOPLE.

WE THE PEOPLE, want marijuana legalized.

Legalize marijuana for agriculture, taxation, medical, bio fuel, AND TOURISM.

Legalize marijuana for agriculture, taxation, medical, bio fuel, AND TOURISM.

Henry Ford built his first car using plastic made from industrial hemp.
It was also powered by hemp diesel. The oil industry does not want this.

Industrial and medical hemp would generate billions of dollars in tax money.

Bio diesel is not my favorite fuel, but it can be "made in America".

Location, location, location, tourism in America... more »

Free Marc Emery and Charles C. Lynch

For 30 years, Donald Tashkin has studied the effects of marijuana on lung function. His work has been funded by the vehemently anti-marijuana National Institute on Drug Abuse, which has long sought to demonstrate that marijuana causes lung cancer. After 3 decades of anti-drug research, here's what Tashkin has to say about marijuana laws:

"Early on, when our research appeared as if there would be a negative impact... more »

Free the Marc Emery!

Please vote to set Marc Emery free! No man should be punished for selling seed of the Earth! Let no government tread upon the gifts of life bestowed to all mankind by Creation.

Those who control the U.S. and who harbor bigotry toward the cannabis culture are using the seeds of life as an excuse to deny Marc Emery his life and liberty. The U.S. is seeking to extradite Marc Emery from Canada and incarcerate him for... more »

Hiring & Recruitment

Employers need tolerate past marijuana offenses

I have so much trouble finding and being accepted after background check during the employment process. Best Buy first hired me but then after a background check showed that I had a possession of marijuana charge which was a misdemeanor, I was denied the offer for employment. I'm not a criminal!! I never stole or murdered anyone. I want congress to pass a law for companies to not deny employment for past offenses when... more »
