OpenGov - Open Government Brainstorm Ideas

As a student of the U.S. Constitution and its history, I recently decided to hold discussion groups in my home every other week, on the subject of Constitutional theory and history. Inhibitions upon the people, as in prohibition, infringe upon the Ninth Amendment.

 

The White House needs to openly acknowledge this and encourage the Courts to protection the entire constitution, including, and currently, especially, the Ninth Amendment.

 

To the people. Not the States. Like the 2nd. To the People.

Every public servant takes an oath to 'Preserve and Protect the Constitution of the United States'. If they don't take the oath, they can't take the job. The problem is, do we have any evidence that they have the slightest idea of what the Constitution is, and the directives contained in it?

Taking the oath should be more than a symbolic ritual.

For our lawmakers to start following the constitution. And stop making silly laws all for political correctness. Political Correctness has hampered Common Sense.

Go back to a strict interpretation of the original, unamended, constitution.

Senators should be elected by the states legislatures as originally ratified.

Where is the REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE and why is it hidden?
Why has Mr. Obama sealed his school records?
Why has he fought so fiercely to hide his past?
Why has he employed over $1M -worth of legal fees to RESIST?

Quite frankly we have no documented assurance Mr. Obama is EVEN AN AMERICAN Citizen at all!

It is one thing to hire outside firms, and another to put unelected persons in charge of the populace.

 

The latter should be immediately remedied and forbidden.

 

This includes the I.R.S.

The person filling the office of President should be required to produce evidence that establishes his eligibility for that office.
