Have Federal Employees Twitter/Microblog their Work/Results

I think that Federal Employees across the nation should Tweet the project that they are working on, or tasks they are completing. Once a day, twice a week, whatever. We could then create individual networks for specific Agencies, Departments, and Offices, so the American people can track the progress employees are making.


The information could then be compiled at the end of the week to give a graphical representation of how much work has been done on each project/task. The more compartmentalized you make the control over these micro-networks, the more specific of information that can be displayed on them and the more often they can be updated. Make access to all of the streams from the networks available on a website that allows you to choose which level of government you want to look at.
