Create a government sponsored wiki for social security information. I have 2 parents who are retirement age (both web savvy) yet they know nothing about their social security retirement options. Create a government sponsored wiki for social security information. I have 2 parents who are retirement age (both web savvy) yet they know nothing about their social security retirement options. Yes, they receive short letters in the mail with some basic information regarding their social security options, yet they still have a lot of unanswered questions which keep them from retirement. I am aware there are local social security offices, but they do not answer questions via telephone. Sharing the social security options online in wiki format would be very simple and effective.
