Salaried Employees are being Abused, they are being made work 50 - 70hr. a week. They may make 500.00 a week that is based on a 40hr. week, but yet after they have worked 70hr. They are not even making min. wage.
40hr. Work should be the standered.. Anything over that should be Time and a 1/2.... No matter what your job is, CEO to the lowest payed Employee. NO ONE should be forced to until they drop.
I have been running a 7-11 type C-Store for 16 years. I get 300.00 - 600.00 a day in Food Stamps. They buy Fountain drinks (Without the Straw, it's Fast food with the straw. STUPID) and get mad when my employees tell them to remove the straw. They buy the most Expenisive things I carry all of it Junk Food, Candy, Chips, Coke, Cakes. I can't afford Evian Water, but they can. Why! can't Food Stamps be just for food? a Fountain Drink is not Food... That would cut down a lot of the Overweight people I see everyday. The Gov. has a chart on what sould be eaten and how much per day. use this as a guideline on what can be bought. They should be instructed not to buy the MOST costly Items. Stores can be set up to sell only the most cost effective Items. It would take no time to set up this system.
The Fraud in the Welfair system is out of control and I see it EVERYDAY. It's costing Billions every year..

Immigration is one thing. Illegal Immigration is another.
If you want to be a Citizen of The United States. You should have to show you have the resources to provide for your Family. Not rely on The U.S. Taxpayer to support you.

Now this Makes sense.
So, as we all know. No one will go for it.
How are the poor credit companies going to stay in business. We All know how much they care about us, and how they are trying to reform themselves...
Almost everyone has to have a Credit Card to rent a Hotel,Car ect.. (This should be outlawed in itself.)
But, Bless their hearts they are trying to reform(

Why should the USA support anyone that comes ILLEGALLY!!
To have a child so WE THE TAXPAYER will have to support Children of ILLEGALS. This makes no sense.. We should be MORE worried about OUR Children,than ANYONE elses.
There is no telling how much money is spent on this. Free Food,Housing,Health Care. ENOUGH!! We need to start taking care of Our Own.

How can you help people. Who can't help themselfs. They can't or will not stand up to their Goverment. Why, should we The Taxpayer who get nothing... Give them Housing, Food Stamps, Health Care, and Jobs. If they want to come to The U.S.A. They shoud pay for everything
themselfs. WE can't get a Free Ride, NO ONE else should either..

Free health care , free food ,free housing, no work. I want this for myself. I wish WE Taxpayers were Not paying for all of this....
The USA is so worried about it's stand in the worlds eye. They could careless about the People who foot the bill "WE THE PEOPLE." WE get nothing. Just go and try to get all of above. you will be DENIED.

I agree, there are most likely more Mediocre Teachers than Outstanding ones. I can only think of 2 I had, That were Awsome. This is something the Scool Systems needs to address. There has to be a way to tell how good the Teachers are, They just don't follow it. With a Teacher shortage you really can't blame them. I know with my sons, They had great teacers except for 3, I had them moved to another room when their grades started going down and it worked. They love School and are A Students. They like being talked too, not at. By paying Teachers more. the system can hire more Great Teachers and get rid of those who are less than perfect

God told them, they needed Flat screen TV's. This way they can spew out who we should Vote for, love, like or hate. Wtihout Paying A Dime in Taxes. Not ALL Churches. some still do their job. Teach THE LORDS WORD. Not THEIR own..........

Let's face it. People live off the system everyday. It is eaiser to rip of the taxpayers, than too work. Just think, it is handed down to the next Gen. Who are VOTER'S. No one wants to HURT the VOTER'S.
So we will get up go to work, pay our Taxes. So the gravy train can go on until someone wakes up, and say's I'm a VOTER also, and VOTES to CHANGE the system....

I commented on this post. And Bible thumpers are up in arms.... This isn't about God, it's about The Consitution.
There is suppose to be a separation of Church & State.
You can't tell but there is.. Why should Churches not be taxed? Why should Gay's Pay taxes? They have No rights. They pay School taxes to send our kids to school. Why do we, are should we take their tax money. They are Scum to you. Too me their Humans, who have just as much right to do as they want as we do.
I also was raised and taught All are God Children. Is There a clause I wasen't told about?

This goes with Women right to vote, Black & White Marriges. It will take a while. The Baby Bommer Gen. will have to pass first. My 15 & 17 year olds don't understand the " BIg Deal." They read in the Bible, God Knew us before we were born, and how our lives were going to be. "If He knew this why even bother putting gays on Earth? To bother the non gays?"

This has been on my mind also. I get drug tested, and work 60 hr a week. I see people EVERYDAY. With thier Food Stamps card, get their munchies, then use the cash they can get off of the card, buy their beer and "Skins, Blunt's" (for those my age that is a cigar)

Somehow you must have misunderstood the point. But thanks to the student that posted this on his website.
and the 621 respones he got in favor of this in less than 30min. I had the Owner of my store come in and showed it to him. At the same time as he is asking my 3 employees on duty how they felt, a lady comes it gets 7 1lt bottles of Evian @ 2.99 each. The owner tells her Dasani is on sale for .99. She snapped, "It's on Food Stamps." He watches as she get in her Esclade. My 74yo. parttime Clerk told him she lives on 420.00 in SSI & gets only 52.00 amonth in Food Stamps. She buys Food. She wishes, She could waste it on Junk. but, she can't afford to throw her Food Stamps around like that.
So there is now a Note posted on each of Our 4 stores
" AS OF 6/1/09 WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT FOOD STAMPS."
That is less hassele for the office and him. " The Walmart across the street will be happy. but, they don't sell fountain drinks." He went across and got my parttimer a 300.00 gift card and told me to get her one every 2 months out of petty cash. God works wonders.
