Established domestic counter-terrorism divisional field offices in major U.S. metropolitan areas. The purview of CTU will be to investigate the activities of domestic or foreign terrorists inside America's borders and to prevent terrorist attacks. CTU would employee a broad range of people ranging from ex- military (Delta force,Army Rangers,Special Forces & Navy Seals), investigative agents, intelligence agents and undercover operatives to tactical field teams and special agents to oversee unit activities.
CTU would specifically be set up to coordinate activities with the FBI, the Department of Justice, and the Secret Service, as well as local authorities. Its the responsibility of citizenship in exchange for the fortune of being an American. Americans should be given an opportunity to know and serve their country for two years. It would solve so much. Social and racial issuses and put the young that have no path or goals in life on the right path for a better and brighter tommorrow. Instead of waiting till there is a crisis I.E. like when Israel bombs Iran (it will happen if they continue with there nuclear program),and oil prices (gas)goes through the roof. Drill for oil and be independent from foreign oil so America is not a slave to any country. Be Pro-active not Re-active. If we know oil is there like Alaska and off shore then we need to drill for it now. Yes find alternatives for energy but ...more »

Look I know what some will say but just print enough money and pay off China and the National debt. What would they do even if we said we just decided to make every thing the U.S.A. needs and stop importing there leaded goods to the U.S.? Bring our manufacturing jobs back home. We've created a monster and soon if something's not done we will all be speaking Chinese. They are buying up our land and our manufacturing plants. ...more »

With all the technology we have why cant we run a pipe line from the ocean and make drinking water,water for bathing,yards washing cars,farms ect.? It just seems like a no brainer. Cities can run sewage pipe down every street these days to and from sewage treatment plants so I know it can be done. This would create more jobs also. Drinking water is going to be harder to come by in the years ahead. It needs to be done ...more »

Pass a bill to help new car sales and the manufacturing industry (JOBS). Our daughter drives an older SUV (15 mpg) and I would very much like to trade it for a newer more fuel efficient vehicle. But when you go to trade as you well know you don’t get much for your trade with having an older car, making it discouraging to want to buy a new car. Bill H.R.1550 will help balance that out. Giving the new car buyer a $5000 ...more »

I do know people are WAITING for this to pass and by WAITING it only hurts car sales even more. That's why its so important to get this passed as soon as possible.
