our kids deserve freedom from fear in their childhood. if these people are locked in their own communities to live their lives away from the rest of us, it is not inhumane. let them be self sufficient. there is a lot of perfectly good land in nevada to build this secured community.
it seems each time one of them is released, they rape and kill again. this needs to stop. if they were killing men instead of women and children, this would have been done years ago.
and surgically implant a GPS device that cannot be removed so if they do escape, they can be tracked and found quickly.
we all deserve a life without fear of the horrible things they do to us and our children.
humane treatment away from the rest of us is the best of all worlds. it also will give Drs. a chance to study them in hopes of finding cures for their twisted thinking.
