In most countries in Europe and may countries around the world, recreational use of marijuana is legal and in California and 12 other states it is now legal to use if you have a medical condition. I hope one day they de-criminalize the recreational use of marijuana in the usa. Mankind has smoked marijuana since the begginning of time even before we began to consume alcohol.
