  Health Insurance - start simple

  I have no idea about health insurance... In my life healths attitude is "its all just a cockroach moment", in that his run across the kitchen floor to the frige is 6 seconds and my lifes run across god knows where is 60+ years if i dont hit the windshield, or a cockroach motel somewhere in the journey.. SO look; I would pay 5.oo per month to have a simple pilot like plan where every legal American Citizen could ...more »

  I would pay 5.oo per month to have a simple pilot like plan where every legal American Citizen could get coverage for:

  ---Eyes one check up every 2 years, one pair of glasses every 3 years

  --Earache one check up per year, one earache per year,

  ---Teeth = one cleaning per 2 years, 1 tooth pulled per year, 2 cavity fills pr year

  broken bone limited to:

  shoulder down on the arm

  and from kneecap only down -- limited to one body section per every 3 years

  NO MAJOR SURGERIES ----

  minimum age is 4 years or older

  maximum age is 60 --61 is too old

  ----exclusions -----

  No medications pay out

  all those who are invalids or handy capped or some other systemic birth problem .. we are really going to have to be concerned about some of the birthing aberations we are seeing, i think..

  NO CRIMINAL ACT IN THE PROCESS

  NO ALCAHOL REALTED INJURY

  No transportation costs paid to or from a facility.

  (no new birth up to 4yrs or too old 61)

  PARENTS WITH CHILDREN WILL BE LIMITED TO # OF VISITS

  WE COULD USE THIS SIMPLE PLAN THAT WE ALL SHARE IN COMMOM TO OUTLINE AND ESTABLISH AVENUES OF ACCOUNTABILITY OR INFRASTRUCTURE TO MODEL AFTER.

  By using these little but important needs like a earache, or loss of hearing, or tooth ache, or tooth pulled, or eyes, or a broken bone by accident

  etc... we could still be helping each other and all gathering around to see if we can stop the greed and fraud by keeping it simple and inexpensive. you know something to work with that is containable and yet contributes to a better community

  THIS NEEDS MORE THOUGHT, BUT I HAVE BEEN PUTING this OFF FOR SOME TIME NOW!

  Individual Residential and Transportation clean electricity and water life essential energy needs HAS TO BE MADE A STAND ALONE SECTOR OF ACCOUNTABILITY, DEVEOPMENT, AND OVERSIGHT; DEVOTED TO RESPONSIBLE AND UNFETTERED CLEAN ENERGY GENERATION AND POPULATION BALANCE FOR THE WELL BEING OF OUR LOVED ONES, "QUALITY OF LIFE", OUR FAMILIES, AND OURSELVES.

  The other energy use sectors of Commercial, Institutional, Industrial/Manufacturing, Military and Special Projects has to be separated from INDIV RESID & TRANS.needs.

  HERE IT IS, YA READY?

  EACH CITY ACROSS AMERICA TODAY, RIGHT NOW, NEEDS TO INITIATE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS TO BE CONVERTED TO ALL ELCECTRIC; ALL ELECTRIC !

  THE ONLY THING NOT ELECTRIC IS THE WATER AND THE AIR YOU BREATH.

  NOTHING IN THESE ALL ELECTRIC DWELLING MODELS OF STUDY SHOULD BE ANYTHING BUT ELECTRICITY ORIENTED AND OPERATED.

  OVERNIGHT WE COULD ALL UNDERSTAND OUR NEXT GREAT SOCIETY WHICH IS THE ELECTRIFICATION OF THE PLANET ( LED BY AMERICA HOPEFULLY )

  ( A CLUE - if a house uses 7,000 kwh of electricity pr year now for only lighting, appliances, and technology tools in a mild seasonal climate area, then HOW MUCH MORE ELECTRICITY would this same house use by converting the items below to all electricity; (say based on a 1,000 sq ft living space home)

  COOKING

  SINGLE TRANSPORTATION WITH one ELECT VEHICLe.=(to 1000 gallo of gas per year)

I want to bite into a specific issue, engage, lets have it out, -- to bring new and common direction from consensus after a hard discussion to find resolution, you know, Get some meat, by everyone being up close and personal, and in the battle of trying to define the problem and then bringing a resolution to THE PROBLEM ISSUE..so that we can start new (by eleminating an existing problem)!!! ...more »

  My focus is in INDIVIDUAL AND RESIDENTIAL LIFE ESSENTIAL CLEAN ELECTRICITY AND WATER NEEDS as a separate stand alone issue from all other ENERGY ISSUES and other issues,

  --because it is my position, that clean elec and water are the foundations of our homes, families, individual freedoms, all commerce, and free will; AND if I may be so bold, the above and below energy issues are at the heart of all of the rest...None of our many problems can be solved without A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING of our LIFE ESSENTIAL ENERGY NEEDS!

  Further, it is from this collective focus ability and persuit of understanding energy:

  3---EACH INDIVIDUALS RESIDENTIAL LIFE ESSENTIAL ELECTRICIY AND WATER ENERGY NEEDS PER YEAR BASED UPON AN ALL ELECTRIC RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF THE FIRST 1,000 SQ FT LIVING SPACE ( A FORMULA) ( a usage amount footprint)

  we can move quickly to bring data, reviews, and consensus so we could move very quicky to reconstruct or shore up not just our energy problems, but our many other now failing sectors

  In closing,, MY point is I have to have some place to dig into a subject to bring a feeling of being able to change or contribute.

  And I thank you, as one American who discovered your or this site creation by accident.

  Your requested task to become more TRANSPARENT, PARTICIPATORY, and COLABORATIVE GOVERNEMT with the public citizens is a challenge for me in that it is such a large Perception of which i have no real inside experience to give balance to a position i might expound on...

  --I dont have the time to read them all

  --Then if i did,only to find out i didnt know enough anyway

  --It is my nature to bump into things that seem wrong to me

  So, Lets get to it; No Pusillanimously Pussyfooting here ( for now, anyway)

  IDEA/SUGGESTION == greater LOCAL PUBLIC PARTICIPATION because all community is local first.

  We have no real way to engage our government and our fellow citizen at the same time locally without a great deal of burden do to things like busy lifestyles,

  and everything is a "2 or 3 minute popcorn like comment moment".

  So i would propose each community have a descent reasonable in size auditorium

  or gathering place next to a respectable, safe and credible entity like a Library or perhaps a School, ( maybe even in a Mall by the food court which would tie into the comming Megalopolis communities)and these facilities be Cameraed Up with the ability to do good quality audio/video recording,, and be able to go direct live to local INTERNET, RADIO and community TV channel broadcasting control rooms simultaneously.

  These gathering places could be used for many things, like the many groups and organizations that meet and then just fade away without the rest of us ever seeing what they had to say or were thiking,,

  SO some uses are;

  --GROUPS and ORGANIZATIONS meetings others could see and hear

  --govt Task forces to meet and we could watch them later when we get home

  AND, HERE COMES my personal need reason for my suggestion of TECHED UP Community Facilities,, IS because

  --- we could set aside an Hour Each Night in these camered up facilities and by some fair means an Individual Citizen could have 10 to 12 minutes max to go on camera in a respectful manner and have his "letter to the Editor", Govt Discontent, Compelling Calling Need, or "what ever their moment is" in an unhurried, unfettered, with dignity individual participation.

  This way we in the community could hear each others voice and thoughts without having to go only to often Brutal Talk Radio, Condescending City Council Meetings, Now Restricted Letters to the Editors,

  or Crowd Fearing area; We would each of us have a moment of opportunity to participate in our local community government and the community of our peers at the same time in a fair and calm manner our concerns.

  WE NEED SOME FORM OF issue or item INDEXING

  I think this site is a good idea because it provides us an honorable and well intended avenue or means for us average people to talk to our president without tying up his time directly; And at the same time, by us publicly voicing our thoughts we can see how many others agree with us, and even more important in some ways, we can learn from another persons thoughts, new views and ideas we have not considered.... ...more »

  I think this site is a good idea because it provides us an honorable and well intended avenue or means for us average people to talk to our president without tying up his time directly;

  And at the same time, by us publicly voicing our thoughts we can see how many others agree with us,

  and even more important in some ways, we can learn from another persons thoughts, new views and ideas we have not considered....

  Keeping the above in mind, I think you or we need some means of intersecting, structuring, sectoring, indexing, cataloging or constructing our inputs to more specific areas so that we can challenge, question, confirm, contribute, admonish, engage more directly in a subject or question at hand.

  We need some way to construct our commentaries in Brick like moments in building or immaging a wall like Idea..This way we can stay in an Issue relevant area, in an up close and inside detailing dialoging process.

  If our thoughts stray, we can still pull them out as not relevant, or relocate them as a viable Brick like comment and move them to another part of the wall like Idea.

  My interest is in " Individual Transportation and Residential Life Essential Clean Water and Electricity Energy Needs" as an annual allotment per person, and dwelling based upon a formula that reflects reasonable amounts of use we all agree to ;

  ( with the purpose of each person or dwelling actually revieving an annual allotment of water and electricity at nearly $0 zero charge )

  Well,, Energy use is typically divided into 5 Sectors of users:

  Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial/Mfg, and Military;

  So I would look for the ENERGY USERS sector,

  Then, I would want to go to the Residential category under ENERGY users,

  Then under Residential we have Home Ownership or Rental,

  Home Ownership

  Townhouse

  Condominium

  Cabin

  Rental

  homes

  apts

  Located in Urban, Rural, Remote, etc...

  If i am right we could hone in on a discussion so as to truly build a discussion of true constructive and resolution capacity....

  How can you possibly be considering building a Road, School, Infrastructure, or Health System

  Your position that Finance or Money is the First Position, Origin, or Creator of commerce is unrealistic and disconnected at best. (OXYGEN of Capitalism)

  In the simplest of examples of the "chicken or the egg" or the "horse and the cart", in which came first you must realize Money came from our stable neighbors, neighborhoods, and hence communities

  "Your problem is you don’t have a viable economic infrastructure", "and by the way, me and my friends have decided your all going to have to pay for the energy that keeps you alive....and, if you don’t like it, we are going to arrest you and your offspring and throw you in jail"...

  which is what we are doing to each other today.. only worse, we are killing innocent people in more ways than one.

  The twisted rational, of it all is no longer acceptable !!

  We now realize Energy is more important than we have imagined and it is a fundamental right we deserve and are obligated to one another for,in a responsible way, manner and amount.. ( and the planet also)

  Energy was one of the underlying reason and catalyst for this current Economic Crime against our country...The Illegal Aliens not only accomodted cheap labor but were used to hyperactivate or accelerate a given geographic area so as to induce or stimulate compounding growth and hence all things are tied to energy for their existance or realization.. all economies are tied to ENERGY use and consumption; All energy is tied in partnership to the monetary system as per corporate design. we must separate this partnership in our residential and persona transportation sector. and me must do it now..

  It is Dirty and Dark Energy which is destabilizing our species, the planet, and our economic infrastructure; Along with those who continue this barbaric and greed based criminal energy/economic and moral philosophy

  Try this ---

  Send out one crew to build a road And

  Send out another crew to build a clean energy power plant

  Send out another crew to build a school building;

  And

  When the two crews are done, which would you want to own ?????????

  We/You must build Energy Plants;

  All kinds of Good, Clean, Green and Harmonic Energy Plants!!

  Its all about life essential energies, clean air, clean water, and clean Electricity.

  Once you lose contact with the fundamental laws and understandings of day to day survival of any species, you will become disconnected and delusional…….

  Money is not the goal!—Survival is the goal,,, "Quality of Life" and "Individual Freedoms"…..

  Money and commerce are generated from our stable “Quality of Life” and “Life Essential Energies” balanced and abundant communities..

  Given the current state of affairs as they are unfolding you must build clean electricity and water technology energy projects…. All sectors of funding must move here; NOW!

  With electricity and water for my and my neighbors shelter, we can sustain calmness and order… we can light our homes, tool up, transport, build, grow food, protect, gather, dialog, and hold community……. Therefore and Hence come ???

  Jobs and money will come after those foundations ( and population balance ) are met……

  In understanding the above, it seems to us, that, we as a nation of like minded wills and wishes to be free and prosper economically, must reorganize, reconstruct, and redefine all of our ENERGIES Ownership, Obligations, Transmission, assigned monetary value, and distribution priorities , and their management of, in our best interest as a society:

  It appears to this author that when we conveyed our full faith and trust in the free enterprise market system to our local Oil Corporations to develop, evolve, promote, and provide our Life Essential Energy Needs, to us a society so as to assist us Americans in becoming a more free persons society and “quality of life” community; They, our then Oil Companies, formed partnerships of control and market manipulations with other countries, and corporations and re-constructed our “conveyance of Energy rights to develop opportunity”,,, into some misconstrued conveyance of their rights to private ownership of our “Life Essential Energy Needs” under the guise or ruse of our energy being the product of their own free market enterprise endeavor…

  Ours, and our loved ones moment to moment daily breathing lives, life forms and stable societies are dependant like all of GOD’s creatures, on our Life Sustaining Energy Needs; Therefore, by stabilizing our life essential energies needs we will assure a better life, and again, in essence, restart and bring back our vibrant true free enterprise market system.

  If i might reflect for a moment, First, my compliments on this site as i presume it is a well intended innovation; Careful to realize most of us see and hear what we want to and things can change.

  After seeing and reflecting on my comments and responses,, It dawned on me that:

  1..I took this site to lightly!

  2...I need to think about what i am saying more thoroughly ( witout bundling iems) and try to condense it!

  3...It dawns on me the scope and scale of God only knows where and who might see my thoughts and their stupidity or foolishness..

  So i think you should look at your idea as a kind of "Letter to the Editor", with the ability to change the world or an event nearly overnight by its consensus surveying potential ( careful of its manipulation) design.

  If we can just find a means here in this innovation to keep our opinions short, concise, enlightening and applicable..

  Hmmm, Perhaps you could divide your participants into two classes of thoughts; Like, one group (A) makes the strong and concise statement, charge, accusation, or Question ( i guess)?

  Group (B)Defends (A)s position statement and Group (C)takes an adversarial position to A and B.. ( you end up with a 3 way circle discussion)

  Now, If we agree that mostly all things man does is simply, construct, destruct(deconstruct), or reconstruct one thing or another,

  then,

  we agree that most of that comes from one competing thought against another competing thought and its winning thought outcome..

  and Further, if we agree that all thoughts can be divided into good , bad, or evil,

  and the more compex the thought or problem is, then the more competing thoughts we need to discern as to wether the winning competing thought is good, bad or evil;

  Then it stands to reason that by your having this site you and we are able to expose more complex bodies of competing thoughts for problem solutions constructs to a much greater collective community or body of thoughts ( citizens) to find a greater good thought for resolution, service, or product.

  ((((And, natually, people like me who would talk all day if you let them would have to be reigned in..humor kinda Or another site for extended thought meanderers.)))

  UFO FILES Well, you know this had to be done by someone!

  I believe it is time to have affidavits or legal instruments drafted and used as a request of all govt personell to disclose all and any information in regards to any UFO related information.

  I continue to find our governments denial or lack of awarness of outside the norms events suspect at best.

  We are about to enter a new evolution as an Energy Aware Based Society-A society in Clean Energy, Enviornmental, Free Enterprise, Spiritual (?) and Population Harmony.

  (When you look at all of the sectors in our communities and society that are either aberating, , failing, flailing, out of control, in dissaray, collapsing,or not able to continue to be funded, it becomes obvious and imperative that we have to secure our individal homes and dwellings life essential energies needs of clean water and electricity first as our in common priority.)

  This new energy awareness evolution will be represented mostly by Magnetic fields as electricity in many different ways and designs; And by Hydro-xygens or Water Based Energy Technologies like Rivers,Geothermal, Solar, Wind, Coastal, Tidal, Current, Steam, Under Ice Current flows, Air, Hydrogen Gas and other water and magnetic field related energies/fuels.

  This wonderful and exciting new Energy Aware Evolution will intersect and popcorn up in many areas; But the most impacting and again exciting is the convergence with our Residential Dwellings sector…

  In converting our Residential Homes into being all electric in lighting, heating, cooking, cooling, waste water, clean water, auto transportation, home greenhouse foods, and home hydrogen gas generation:

  1… We will have an abundance of unprecedented prosperity, security, "Quality of life" and Individual Free Will…. A Star Trek like moment beginning.

  2….The innovative, educational, and implimentation economic opportunities will be magnificent and long lasting.

  3…Our Middle age citizens will be in a wonderful retirement position

  4.. The young as our children will most likely want for not… because they will occupy the new Energy Evolution Planet Wide impact as possibly its leaders or amongst its leaders…

  5.. Our In Harmony Energies will require us to bring balance in several areas, like population balance, recycling, responsible and traditional male and female roles in marriages with responsible child birthing and parenting, American and Local Community Citizenship Definitions and viable community sizing formulas, and most likely some form of "constitutional individual energy bill of rights"

  6… the application of these fast paced, rapid, and eager to be recognized and improved and expanded on Clean Energy Technologies

  Should be a veritable Jungle Floor like in Opportunities for true free enterprise undertakings and commerce.

  The Magnetic Fields and Hydro-xygen Rivers, Lakes, Shorelines, Oceans, Streams and all of the creatures who live in them will communicate, sense, wish and hope with each other for our long awaited arrival of understanding and undertaking of this long overdue responsibility and stewardship.

  No Tax paid Health Insurance and Benefits for any Public Employees

  No public employee should be furnished any kind of Health or Life Insurance benefits from our tax dollars by the city, state, or Federal Govt. If they want these, they should buy them with their own money we paid to them by giving them a tax paid job. They should take their money and buy these life and health insurace bendfits from a private company.( if this company cheats them the company administrators should go to ...more »

  I am concerned about multiple sectors of our society creating new terminologies and having them become an almost language onto themselves so as to cover up their desire to become more complex and detached.
