I think the federal government needs to do an in depth study into the penal system.

When the noncustodial parent takes a active part in a childs life there will be no doubt whether the child is being properly cared for by the custodial parent.

It needs to be enforced that justice truly becomes colored blind and social economic circumstances does not detract from what real justice stands for.

An incarcerated individuals should not be permitted to vote because I agree, there are consequences for their actions. However, once their debt to society has been repaid, they should regain their priviledge to participate in the Democratic process.

I agree with the RFID, but I would also include with this program SAP APO.

I agree with most of this posting. The comment about leaving the the underrepresented groups out of the process is discerning to me. I know when I vote or comment on a particular issue, it is because it is an item I am passionate about, but I also try to keep in mind those individuals whose voices are not as strong as maybe yours or mine.

This has to be a difficult decision based on the photos that have already been released. Our government must protect are troops and the mission that we are currenly engaged in. If these photos do harm to either one of these, I believe that if they are to be released it should be when we are no longer in a military engagement.

I would just like that American's be protected from from being spied on without a valid reason. If the need arises to spy on an individuals, it must be legal, which means a warrant must be issued. Our personal, intimate conversations that every American has, on a daily basis must be protected.
