Move Cannabis out of Schedule 1
Mr Obama I think Cannabis should be moved out of Schedule 1 to at leased schedule 2 so doctors can prescribe Cannabis to patients.
It is a proved that Cannabis does have medicinal value, so having it in
schedule 1 is wrong. Are you going to do what you said and use Science to
form policy or not ?
