It has been said that Obama's Birth Certificate is "sealed" in Hawaii. I have done a lot of genealogy, and the only time a person's birth certificate was "sealed"(that I have seen) has been in an adoption where they don't want the adoptee to know his real parents. The certificate you get is the "new" certificate after adoption showing the parents (usually two adoptive parents) but possibly one adoptive parent and the mother who is still the natural mother. You can only unseal it by court order. If it is sealed by court order because he was adopted by Mr. Sotoro, then that would prove why Obama doesn't want anyone to see his birth certificate. It could prove he was Indonesian (through his adoptive father). There are so many scenarios to this, that Obama should just show us his birth certificate. The only reason he won't, I believe, is that it will show he is not a US citizen and probably never was a natural born citizen.
I am not sure, but the way I understand it, Obama's defense is being paid from potitical contributions, campaign money. I don't know the rules, but wonder if that would be legal. I think you can pay it from campaign money,if it is a problem you are defending that was due to a campaign problem. However, it seems it would be a problem that existed before Obama was even nominated to run. There was an original lawsuit, asking to show his birth certificate, before he was chosen at the convention. So I fail to see how it could be a problem that happened during his campaign. Does anyone know the answer to this question?
If Obama would be proved to be ineligible because he is not a natural born citizen, we assume Biden would become President. However, Biden was chosen by Obama, ran on a ticket that would have been ineligible, so I would assume there would have to be a new election. I think Biden would be President until this new election took place. Heaven help us with this problem too, Biden doesn't even know if a person is running for Governor or Presidency when he goes to help them ...... So what would happen? Are there any people who know what would happen. Who would be President or do we need a new election?
Worldnetdaily.com has a petition that 375,000 people have signed requesting Obama show his birth certificate. Please go there and sign the petition.

Also, in 5 days, WND has received $45,000 in donations to put billboards around the USA. They put up one in Louisiana and plan one in Los Angeles and Pennsylvania. CBS Outdoor, the company that says they are the worlds largest out of home media has banned the WND billboard campaign. CBS Outdoor, a division of CBS Corp. sells more outdoor advertising than any other billboard company in North America. CBS owns 1 of 3 major broadcasting TV networks, radio networks, online advertising, Showtime, Simon and Schuster (book company). What I plan to do is to not utilize any of the above products or companies. This sounds more like Nazi Germany than seeing the USA in your Chevrolet. I say this will make more people wonder why Obama isn't showing his birth certificate, donate more money for the billboards and sign more petitions. There are other companies that will do the billboards.

Therefore, it doesn't matter whether Obama was born in Kenya or Hawaii, he would be a British Citizen. He would be a citizen of the United Kingdom by DESCENT from his father. Kenya became an independent country 12 Dec. 1963. Possibly he was also a Kenyan Citizen, and after Mr. Sotoro, an Indonesian who adopted him, possibly an Indonesian Citizen. But what I see is that he was born a Citizen of the United Kingdom. If Obama is a citizen of the USA he would have had to have been naturalized... so even then he would not be a natural born citizen. If he wasn't naturalized, is Obama a US Citizen? What scares me, is that we possibly have a President who is NOT a US citizen. If I was Obama, I would want to prove immediately that I was a natural born citizen. He can't prove it because then it would become known that he isn't even a citizen of the USA.

What you say is true. Obama's father was under British Citizenship and that Citizenship went to the son by descent. It is stated in the British Nationality Act of 1948. Therefore, any son of Obama Sr. who would be born in Kenya or even a foreign country (Hawaii, USA) would be British by descent. So it really doesn't matter where he was born, he is British Citizenship. However, if he was born in Kenya, Americans would be better to understand it. However, adopted children's birth certificates are sealed and new ones listing the adopted parents names are the Birth Certificates they can get. It is possible his original is sealed, not for privacy, but because he was adopted by an Indonesian man, making his citizenship change from British to Indonesian.

But from what I see, Obama was a citizen of the United Kingdom, at birth, and therefore, to be an American Citizen he would have had to have been naturalized. This would mean he could never have been a natural born citizen. Why doesn’t Obama show his birth certificate? I think it is because he really was born in Hawaii, but was a citizen of the United Kingdom by DESCENT of his father, therefore, ineligible to be President of the United States of America. Obama, stand up and show Americans that you aren’t a usurper. Or are you not even an American citizen. This scares me to death.
