If the secrecy has been because of "National Security" reasons, this no longer is valid because the populace has been brainwashed to akready believe that there are extraterrestrials through televisin, movies, internet etc...There wouldn't be mass histeria today as was believed during "War of the Worlds". Most people are actually looking forward to this information finally coming to light.
