When under the (voluntary) CONSTITUTION of UNITED DIVERSITY Free-will Rights come into conflict, complainants may document their positions and bring such evidence to an appropriate Cooeraative created under Article IV - Protection - as follows;

"A global democratically-operated Cooperative for Protection and Adjudication or settlement of differences shall uphold the CONSTITUTION of UNITED DIVERSITY by application of Reactive/Defensive Neutralizing physical strength to protect all Rights herein."

Such a global Protection Cooperative can be subdivided for lesser Cooperatives to serve as people may desire down to the municipal level.
