To adamgallant - Gay Marriage is a right? Who says?

Marriage itself is a right and a privilege, but who said Gay marriage is? Because by adding "gay" you just changed what Marriage is!

Here's a novel thought becky, since marriage is shrouded by religion, to which millions of folks respect and want to protect, why can't the gay community come up with their own new civil union?

I mean, if you're going to spend so much time and money in the courts trying to overturn the laws of this sacred (to most) union, you and yours should take that effort in trying to come up with your own "special" word and legal union. Say, for example, Garriage.

Quit trying to make EVERYTHING YOU choose to do be accepted by the rest of the public. Quit shoving YOUR choices or beliefs down the rest of everyone elses throats! Enough is enough.

Let's not get hung-up on the Certificate of Live Birth "title". Because most birth certificates (yes, long form too) have this noted at the top.

Although I was not born in HI, mine says Certificate of Live Birth at the top, BUT, unlike Obama's, has ALL the detailed and pertinent information included (Full names of mother, father, hospital, time, date, fathers occupation, doctor, race, etc.) Which is what everyone is asking our President to show, and has not.

Oh, I have been saying the same thing for some time now! If you drastically reduce the pay, then you should get people who actually want to REPRESENT their citizens, instead of only striving to be career politicians.

And,it doesn't take a degree in economics to figure out that you need to CUT SPENDING to get the DEBT reduced. Not tax the hell out of the very people that PAY YOUR SALARIES!! And borrowing from China isn't the answer you fools! That just creates MORE DEBT!!

Get a clue and realize every dime you decide to spend comes out of OUR paychecks, NOT YOURS!! It's not YOUR money to spend!! When will you arrogant B@stards realize you are paid to represent the citizens of this country, NOT try to further your political careers by greasing the palms of corporate bigwigs.

Term Limits, Term Limits, Term Limits!!! Why the heck does the Supreme Court have NO TERM LIMITS?? C'mon!! this is insane! AND part of the problem!!
