Hussein Obama, Muslims are Allowed Five Wives: It is difficult to believe "M'belle" is the best of your five. If you are going to continue to usurp the prsidency, the least you can do is bring on one of your pretty wives. Preferably one who can keep her foot out of her mouth.
President Biden because he has failed to prove he is a Natural Born Citizen Barry Hussein Obama is disqualified from holding the Office of POTUS. It is your duty to inform Congress of his disability to perform his duties, order his arrest and removal from office.

I have been watching the top rated issues. Several Birth Certificate and Natural Born Citizen posts have been flagged into moderation by the mindless liberal minions of hussein.

Oddly the liberals have replaced our legitimate issue with several other posts near and dear to the liberal agenda: The majority of the top rated posts have to do with the legalization of drugs and/or the complete end of the war on illegal drugs.

No wonder the democrats so easily control their constituency.

Flagg these redundant demands to legalize drugs.
The managers of this site are asking the obots to flag legitimate postings of Presidential qualification issues to send our posts to moderation. Justify to the world how it is possible for anyone born of a parent who is NOT a U.S. Citizen, to qualify as a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

Natural Born Citizen
Simply put, being a natural born citizen requires you to be born within the country of two citizen parents.

The relevant historical definition comes from “The Law of Nations”, section 212, Citizens and natives.
"The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country."

John Jay used this in his writing during the Constitutional congress. Justice Scalia used this same document in the recent D.C. v Heller (2008) case in which private ownership of guns was found a constitutional right.

Twitchy, if you doubt the Founding Father's use of Vattel's "Law of Nations" take note of Article I, Sec. 8, of The Constitution:

Article I - The Legislative Branch

Section 8 - Powers of Congress

The Congress shall have Power.......To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;

Twitchy, you can spew all the hatred you want but you cannot alter truth to suit your whim. The accepted definition of the term Natural Born Citizen at the time The Constitution was penned must be the definition used to qualify a President. That was the protection our Founders gave us. You cannot alter the definition unless you amend The Constitution; and there is a Constitutional restriction on amendments which says amendments must be consistent with The Constitution.

I have read a great deal about Arthur's campaign. You are correct most of his detractors challenged his actual birthplace. There is some evidence (enough to cause some speculation), that he actually paid his most ardent detractor to write stories attacking his birthplace. Misdirection! This kept the public from focusing on his parents lack of citizenship. Sound familiar? This is why, although I am not convinced of lil barry's birthplace, I don't make his birthplace my issue. HIS father's citizenship disqualified the usurper.

Arthur's Presidency is not a precedent. It was a grievous breech of The Constitution. You cannot justify a murder with a previous murder just because the previous murderer was never caught during his lifetime. What kind of circular thinker are you? Arthur got away with a crime, so you think 0'hussein should get away with the same crime??????????

For the record, I use the term 0'hussein (0 is the zero not the "oh") to illustrate his clearly foreign origins and because he now uses his middle name speaking to muslimes in the middle-east but forbid the media from using his middle-name during the campaign.

Twitchy, I have provided the source of the Constitutional definition of Natural Born Citizen as understood by the Founders; and I have provided the Founder's actual reference to Vattel's Law of Nations where They inserted it into The Constitution. Twitchy, you are correct about Chester A Arthur not being eligible. However, I did not vote for him either. In fact, President Arthur was never elected to the Presidency. He assumed the office following Garfield's assassination. The Republican party did not allow him to seek a second term of his own, ostensibly because he turned against the party hierarchy, but very likely because his citizenship status was found out. Following his partial term as President Arthur retired from public life and faded into obscurity.

If you are attempting to justify 0'hussein's lack of Natural Born citizenship by pointing out a historical oversight you are a fool. I suppose you will next justify your ogawd's confiscation of guns by telling us, Hitler did it.

tollynette, Most of us conservatives understand there are moderate liberals who are not happy with the direction the extreme liberals and der fuer are taking our country. Yet when you stop and think about it, it is the moderate left, voting for the same candidates as the extreme left, which has empowered the ogawd and the Pisslosi congress. If all the unhappy libs had voted against the ogawd the country would be a few degrees better off.

That being said, I am not happy with the Republican party. The left wing media loved McCain in the primaries and slimed him in the general election. I never did like him as a candidate. He should have been running as a moderate democrat. Evenso, I voted for him because I knew 0'hussein would not preserve The Constitution.

Natural Born requires both parents be citizens at the time of birth, as well as birth on U.S. soil. lil barry's pappy was not a citizen, barry cannot be a Natural Born Citizen (unless his birth father is really malcolmX). barry is Constitutionally disqualified.

David, this is an impressive list of ideas. Obviously you have given this a lot of thought. I like most of your ideas but dislike others so I was unable to cast a positive vote. Sorry. I encourage you to restate each idea in your list as a separate post so each may stand of fall on its own merit.

Actually your list is not unlike an omnibus bill in congress, forcing our Representatives to vote for or against a list of items, some good for the country and some bad. That is one of the things wrong with big government.

My theory is that when B Hussein Obamba met Stan Dunakenyanguy, he knew Stan was a man's name and assumed he was getting serviced by a guy, muslim style. Was he ever surprised when the guy turned up pregnant. So he took Stan to Kenya so the illegitimate child would be born subject to muslim law, exempting b. hussein, Sr. from child support. It really is not about the bc.

It is about Natural Born citizenship, which requires that a child be born upon U.S. soil to TWO citizen parents.

jamesfclements, you are incorrect. Even if your obama was born on U.S. soil he is not qualified to be president. Okay, you claim he is a citizen; read The Constitution, it does not require simple citizenship but rather a special class of citizenship: NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP.

For the simple minded who think lil barry hussein is qualified, Natural Born Citizenship is conferred only to those born of TWO citizen parents on U.S. soil.

When you people stop your arguments about simple citizenship, and realize this is about his father's lack of standing to confer Natural Born Citizenship to this usurper, President Biden can have him arrested and sent to Gitmo where he belongs.

Actually, the issue is obama's lack of NATURAL BORN citizen status. There is no possibility his long form bc can confer Natural Born status. Natural Born requires birth on U.S. soil (which he may or may not have), and that both parents be citizens (which lil barry hussein cannot possibly have). His drunken daddy was never a citizen. At best the usurper is only a citizen, or a naturalized citizen. Either way he is ineligible to be president. It is time for President Biden to order the arrest of the usurper.

As for consolidating these topic ideas under one thread, I think it would only make it easier for the censors to delete them. Reading down the list you can see post after post concerning the issue of citizenship. The word is getting out. Patriots have long sought a venue to denounce the usurper.

You correctly state here that the tallies are being skewed. If you look at the comment and voting histories of the thumbs down users you will see they are not posting many ideas or comments. When you read their comments they are mindless namecalling and vitriol.

The rational comments under these citizenship "idea" topics overwhelmingly support disclosure of the long form certificate and resignation. The Birth Certificate does not matter. No matter where he was born, only his mother was a citizen. Two citizen parents are required along with birth ON U.S. soil, to confer Natural Born Status.

Natural Born Citizen

The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country."

John Jay used this in his writing during the Constitutional congress. Justice Scalia used this same document in the recent D.C. v Heller (2008) case in which private ownership of guns was found a constitutional right.

During the framing of the 14th Amendment the same definition was reached during arguments. Note the amendment does not confer natural born citizenship.
