Mr. Obama,
This Open Government Dialogue is a great idea. Although I wouldn't call it a "dialogue" because it's very one-sided.
You seem, no you do love to travel to the Middle East and apologize for things America supposedly has done. These are ideals that YOU feel America has done so you apologize for them. These are not things the leader of the free world (free for now) should be doing. Instead, don't you think it would be better to emphasize what America has done FOR the Muslim world? Don't you think it would be better to emphasize what America has done for the world over the course of the last 75 years? Don't you think it would be better to emphasize that America has a willing spirit of cooperation to work with countries who are willing to work with US to continue to help? This shows STRENGTH and VALUES and the other approach shows weakness.
It also undermines everything America has accomplished in the last 75 years and as one American among millions of Americans with deep ties to this country; those family members who helped free France, who fought along beside other countries against Germany to free the world from Adolph Hitler, and who is proud that her husband and other family members fought in the desert in Iraq on the front lines against the Republican Guard of Saddam Hussein and later helped bring down that tyrannical dictator and free Iraq from the clutches of terror he held on that country for many years; it is truly an insult for you to stand in front of the "muslim world" as you call it and make these speeches. It is a huge mistake. And, for you to say this country, the USA is not a Christian nation, where are you? Are you in another world, or are you wishfully thinking that we are not so? Because this country IS a Christian nation. Obama, be a leader, be a president if that's what you want to be; you ran for the office, you've got it now act as if you are one. But quit the weakness, the fluffy speaches are all great and wonderful but no action behind them speaks volumes to the rest of the world and the rest of the world is quickly coming to understand that you are all windowdressing.

I was a Chemical Engineer in a "former life" (LOL) and have indeed gone over reports of thermite (nano form) being found all over the grounds of the World Trade Center. There is no explanation for this chemical to be there. In fact, this chemical was only developed in 2000. As a Chemical Engineer, I know that this compound would only have been SPRAYED onto surfaces. It would not have been in the form of a bomb or any other form. As well, it explodes at a low temperature. I am only putting this here because pdennany mentioned this. I posted the original thread about Obama not apologizing and I do not think he should do so under any terms. No matter what. We have soldiers in the theater of war, this makes us look weak, can place our soldiers in even more harm and it is not good politics or good policy. With that said, I will return to my comments regarding the thermite.
It is true, when I reviewed the tapes of the collapse of the buildings, there is no way to explain the way they collapsed. They appear as if they were set up to be demolished. As appalled as I was that day and for months afterward and to this day for the loss of life, I have even more fear for what I now know. And this is NOT something I discuss with anyone. I probably know more than the poster even can imagine. I do not discuss this with my family, this is something that could cause one to "disappear" into the night and never return if one could understand my meaning here.
This is all I will write. I am not a person who chases conspiracy theories. But my eyes have been opened by events. I don't believe that President Bush instigated this event we are referring to. There are evil people involved in this that will go to any lengths to achieve their goals. I believe Obama is involved (as a puppet of sorts) and as Americans, sooner or later the blame game must stop and all of us, from all walks of life, all religions, all political persuasions must come together to stop this or to fight to save ourselves. Sound dramatic? Sure, but this is the truth. I have found peace in God. This is the only thing that gets me from day to day. Remember my words, those that read them. Be prepared. Watch and do not trust everything you see and hear and are told by those in a position of authority. Trust your instincts. In the end, it is YOU and what YOU do that will either save you or be the end of you.

President Obama has named more czars to his White House team — high-level staff members who will help oversee the administration’s top initiatives — some lawmakers and Washington interest groups are raising concerns that he may be subverting the authority of Congress and concentrating too much power in the presidency.

Czars change the equation of power between the executive and the legislature, which is the people’s branch of government. They assume powers not intended for the executive and can get around Congressional mandates at whim. That might make sense during temporary periods of emergency, but left in place corrupts accountability of government to the people. It creates a powerful and unchecked executive branch, only answerable to a greatly-increased presidency.

“They rarely testify before congressional committees and often shield the information and decision-making process behind the assertion of executive privilege,” Byrd wrote of past czars and White House staffers in similar positions. At times, he said, one outcome has been to “inhibit openness and transparency, and reduce accountability.”


So if he created a Lawmaker Czar would that mean Congress is null and void? That branch of power gone without a fight. Right now they are allowing all of this nonsense to go on and say nothing. They are not paying attention to the overspending, overborrowing, overzealous demanding socialist President who appears to hate America and all we ever stood for. All we ever did to be great. We must be controlled and have no ability or authority over our own lives to decide what we should or should not do on a daily basis.

* Does he really think that Americans are that stupid?
* Does he really think that Americans because they are working hard we won’t notice he is taking our freedoms away from us and we won’t fight.
* Does he really think that all those promises he made isn’t going to cause or maybe he already did threaten the American people with war against us because he feels he is the supreme power and no one else is capable of helping, working, deciding, creating their own idea of what their happiness is, and allowing us to be free to choose whatever it is we wish to do.

The rapid and easy accumulation of power by White House staff can threaten the constitutional system of checks and balances.

It’s far too early to tell whether Obama’s quest for efficiency will lead to overstepping the bounds of presidential authority, but the latest appointment announcement could offer a few clues.
Accountable to no one but the President of the United States now. However, it is obvious that we are in unprecedented waters now with Obama. There can be no reason for him to appoint these people who are unaccountable to the people of the United States of America, to which the federal government IS accountable to, unless there is a hidden agenda is in the works. After all, why would the President of the United States want to nullify Congress? It can't be a good thing. And exactly how does he expect the American people to react to this? And exactly how does he expect he will CONTROL the reaction of the American people?
This is definitely abuse of power. This is an impeachable offense. Let me be the first to call for his impeachment. This is much more than a birth certificate issue. This is plotting to destroy the government of the United States and plotting against the American people. This is right up there with terrorism. And his own Department of Homeland Security has the AUDACITY to call Americans Terrorists. Watch what the OTHER HAND is doing......this man is dangerous, he is a threat to America and we must all be watching and working to remove him from office each and every day for each and every day he is destroying our country.

We Americans who believe Obama is not above the law should continue to press for what is right and insist by any means available that he answer and show proof. Until then, Berg should keep his cards close to his vest. Too many people have been bullied by Obama's goons. Most recently, U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Taylor resigned. He was only one of two men who could have removed Obama from the Oval Office. How convenient is that? Taylor was very well known for his willingness to step out of the box and do the right thing. I wonder what threat was made to him ? How did Obama deal with him? I'm sure it was no coincidence. We are not dealing with someone who plays by the rules here...Obama is a dangerous man who by no means will give up his power, ill-gotten. And sure Congress knows he is not legitimate but they are afraid to say anything for fear of the uprising that will occur if Obama is removed. But that should not stop the American people from pressing forward with this. We cannot allow the rape of the office of the POTUS to continue.

But then, how should Obama and his goonies encourage any other part of government to be more open and transparent when they are NOT open and transparent? They ignore the rule of law, ignore (SHRED) the U.S. Constitution and basically, use the "do as I say, not as I do" rule? Hmmmm?

I wouldn't use Obama as an example for anything except how NOT to lead, how NOT to do it.

Let's let the local and state people do the leading and let the federal government take the orders from the people from now on? That's the way it is supposed to be.

Elected officials voluntarily ran for the office for which they are elected. If there is an "enormous" casework from their constituents, certainly there should be a provision under which they can hire help. But NEVER should this be delegated to a THIRD PARTY, customer service center. This would be a nightmare. Constituents want personal service, want to KNOW that their representatives or senators hear them and frankly, this suggestion is insulting and indicative of what's wrong with our government.

Our public education system is a shambles. If the federal government gets further involved, it will only become worse. Our teachers are not allowed to teach, they are forced to become political activists through their local education associations. The curriculum is set by state government and many times basic learning is thrown under the bus for "why Mary has two mothers" (something our children MUST know in order to achieve success in the world). We should have a voucher system. This is the only way to make our public education system straighten up - competition.

Within the Federal Bureau of Prisons, each inmate MUST work. Each inmate is assigned a job and DOES work. When the inmate is released (the sentence is over), the inmate, as a part of his/her probation must work a job.
Each state prison has its own requirements but they have jobs assigned to each inmate.
I don't know what the purpose of this proposal is. The inmates already work!
Does this mean you want them RELEASED into society to work? They are working within their facilities doing real work. Maintenance, teaching, food service, etc.

State environmental agencies DO report to and work with the EPA. Why create another body to get involved with? This is already a nightmare for those of us who must do weekly and monthly reports, attend mandatory meetings, and this is just another regulatory nightmare in the making, it sounds to me. Why have a non-profit agency telling those of us what to do that we are already doing?

This is not something the federal government needs to drag us into. I agree that if it is going to be done (any of it), it should be done locally, on a community by community basis.
Words like "globally", "transparency", etc, all sound great but are just gibberish.
Did you know that NASA just released a report this week stating that the sun causes global warming?

Government needs to get out of the banking business. People within their communities fund their banks and banks in turn sell "loans" to those who need them. This generates money for the banks............
There are basic financial principles which banks operate on. MOST banks are not megabanks like Citi, BankAmerica, etc. that got into trouble. There are small town, perfectly financially stable banks that are doing fine and people want the government to go away, let the FDIC insure the deposits. But the FED is broke and is borrowing money from itself and therefore monetizing the debt. This will cause hyperinflation. The government is not in any position to tell BANKS WHAT TO DO. The government cannot govern, the government can't run anything profitably....we don't need the government in banking. We need the government OUT of private industry and out of everything except what it is supposed to be in Constitutionally.

You have a driver's license in the state where you live. You move. You get a new driver's license in the state where you live. It's simple. There is a state-wide data base and that state-wide database is connected making a nation-wide data base.
Most people do NOT want a national dmv. Sorry, the feds have too much power over us already. In case you haven't noticed, most people are pushing for the government to stay out of our lives, get back where it BELONGS and let the STATES have the power BACK that they rightfully OWN. I disagree with you on the driver's license. It's not even an inconvenience. One must get it renewed anyway. What's the big deal.

I agree with your article, you are a Patriot. I believe most of "us" who even bother to get on this sham of a site are...trying to get our point across to those who will not listen and who do not care.

Our water has been fluoridated for 25 years. It has helped many people in many ways. As a Chemical Engineer (Master), I can tell you that fluoride will NOT cause any problems. This is an urban myth. Some people buy into anything.

This should be a state to state law and the federal government certainly has no business in our bedrooms, in our divorces, in the education of our children or the custody issues of our children. A LOCAL JUDGE SHOULD PRESIDE over these things. When a federal law is set that sets these laws and doesn't allow local judges to take into account all interests and all mitigating circumstances, this is wrong.
KEEP THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OUT OF OUR LIVES!

What does the federal government have to do with purchasing your birth certificate, paying for your utilities and registering for unemployment (you do know you can register for unemployment online, don't you?).
Let's not ask the federal government to get involved in MORE of our life, let's get them OUT of our lives.
Why not, instead, take this up with your LOCAL and STATE officials, this is their business, not federal government's. PLEASE!

The bigger the federal government gets, the bigger it has to stay to survive. We must cut off it's head to kill it. (Not a terrorist threat or a threat of violence; not literally),
The bigger government gets or is, the more people it must "enroll" to live on it's "plantation" to depend upon it's entitlements. This ensures the government remains. The more people depend upon the government for their existence, the better chances the people will keep government in power as is. Many poor white and poor black people for generations have been victims of the government in this very manner. They became dependent on government programs and then it became a cycle of poverty for them and their families. Generations became dependent. This is they way the Democratic Party became prominent. They offered more and more entitlement programs and "helped" the poor people who were dependent upon the government instead of giving them a hand up, they gave them a hand out. Now we are seeing the ultimate hand out with the Obama Administration. He wants to make us ALL dependent upon the government. We will all live on the Obama "plantation", the plantation of "Uncle Sam". We won't have to think, we will be told everything; where to work, how much we will make, where to live, who to marry, how many children we can have, what cars to drive, what type of housing we will have, what we will eat, how much electricity we will use, everything will be mandated; right down to how long we will live. The government will become god; or will try to become god. Think about it. Is this what we truly want in America? This has failed in every country except China and they are craving freedom there.

I know things are different in various parts of the U.S., but my city police department does not like what the Homeland Security Department has been up to. I have been told (in private) by several connected with them that the Homeland Security Dept has better things to do than to bother private citizens. That is a direct quote.
Unless I were to do something illegally, I KNOW that my police department would never turn on our citizens here. I know this how? Because I just know.....some police departments and policemen know what's going on in this country, too. You can bet on that.

It is time for the Federal Government to return to it's rightful place within the context of the U.S. Constitution. All powers not specifically given to the federal government by the U.S. Constitution are reserved for the states.
The federal government has been far over-reaching into the private lives of the U.S. citizens for too long now. It has been handing down mandates to the states when the opposite should be taking place.
Now that the states are standing up to take back their rights, and the citizens are taking back theirs; watch for the Supreme Court to rule against this. This is wrong and the people will not stand for this trampling upon the U.S. Constitution.
The federal government works for "we the people" and the exclamation point on how far this has gone has been placed by the Obama Administration. We have them to thank for waking the people up because they have awakened a sleeping giant. We will not go back to sleep.

The reason why is because he doesn't want to lose his "power". He has an "agenda" for our country (which is obvious by now, isn't it?) and that is NOT transparency, it is NOT promoting self-efficiency, it is FASCISM and control. He will not relinquish control. He has grabbed it illegally and we, the millions of Americans who want to see proof of his eligibility (we are not convinced by the photoshop copy of his certificate of birth which we all could get from Hawaii) must continue to ask. He will continue to spend money with his attorneys to fight the lawsuits. What will he do, throw us in jail? No, we will vote him out in four years.

The best way to encourage and help schools pull themselves up and improve teaching techniques and therefore bring up test scores, student behavior, and student self-confidence is to enable a system of competition for students within the local school system. This is a proven method. If a public school system that has mediocre scores and other problems knows that it has to compete with private schools on a voucher program for federal funding or state funding, watch and see how hard that public school system works to bring up its school system. A great example of this is the Washington, D.C. school system where it is most likely, if not the worst, one of the worst school systems in the U.S. Parents lobbied for the voucher system and got it, thousands of children who would have been mired down in the public school system and exposed to drugs, victims of crime and and myriad of other unsavory things instead got a great education at one-half the cost of what it would have cost for the terrible public school system which never bothered to change. That experiment was a failure. Sadly, President Obama took the vouchers away and took hope away for thousands of families who are forced to send their children to those cesspools called public schools. They are dangerous, drug-infested, schools that teach children the trade of being a criminal instead of good citizenship. We must, as good stewards of our education system, as parents, give our children an education to give them a firm foundation upon which they can build their lives. This type of action can't be allowed to happen. There is a better way. The federal government must allow the states to make decisions regarding education. That is where decisions should be made. The states have the power and should exercise that power. The federal government has no business in the education of our children. Once again, here is a prime example of the federal government poking it's nose into the private lives of U.S. citizens. The federal government needs to be reigned in and reminded that it has limited rights under the U.S. Constitution and State's Rights trump the Federal rights for the Federal government was created by the states. We do not serve the federal government. Our children are the responsibility of the parents. Not the responsibility of the federal government.

Obama does not and unless he can come up with a set of parents who are US Citizens that were his birth parents, he can forget it and kiss it goodbye. Hello federal prison.

So, IF he has a birth certificate from Hawaii, you all are MISSING THE POINT! He cannot be a naturalized citizen. BOTH PARENTS MUST BE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN ORDER FOR HIM TO BE ELIGIBLE TO SERVE AS PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. His father was not an American. What part of this do you people not understand? This man is not a naturalized citizen. He is not eligible to be President. He cannot be president. He need to be tried for crimes to this country. He and his VP and cabinet need to be removed immediately. Forget the birth certificate. He could have been born on the MOON. It doesn't matter.

In the United States today, Quo Warranto usually arises in a civil case as a plaintiff's claim (and thus a "cause of action" instead of a writ) that some governmental or corporate official was not validly elected to that office or is wrongfully exercising powers beyond (or ultra vires) those authorized by statute or by the corporation's charter (in this case, the United States Constitution).

A Quo Warranto was filed with the Honorable Jeffrey Taylor, U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. It is felt that there are only two people qualified for removing Obama from the White House and that is Attorney General Eric Holder and Jeffrey Taylor.

I don't have the brief that was filed, but this is the introduction. And, as far as I know, Taylor is still holding the Quo Warranto. Anyone interested should write to Jeffrey Taylor and ask him to take action on this as it is in our country's best interest to settle this matter in an expedient manner.

**It is important to note that any military personnel subject to recall by the U.S. President who receives a recall to duty notice and does obey those orders, knowing that the President may not be acting as such in a qualified manner, could be subject to military prosecution. This puts our military personnel in a precarious position. Our military takes an oath to serve and to protect. They serve under the U.S. President but if the president isn't the president, that is a very strange position the armed forces are in. This matter must be settled and soon.

These Relators bring information in the nature of Quo Warranto that Barack Hussein Obama, II, is usurping the office of President, per the attached relation.


Relators request that as US Attorney, you institute a Quo Warranto proceeding against Obama under DC Code § 16-3502, and demand that Obama show clear title, proving, with clear and convincing evidence, that he had qualified as President elect.
By each Relator’s constitutional Oath of Office, and interest above other citizens and taxpayers, Relators submit that they have standing.

Relators relate this information in the form of draft motions to the United States District Court, in the District of Columbia. This includes bringing quo warranto and request for a jury trial to establish the facts.
In arguendo of Respondent Obama’s burden of proof, motions are submitted requesting mandamus on Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle for evidence, and on Sec. State Hillary Rodham Clinton for evidence and to request evidence from Britain and the Republics of Kenya, Indonesia and Pakistan.
I am registered before the Supreme Court bar.
This quo warranto focuses on the foundational issue of enforcing and preserving our Constitution’s vital safeguards provided to preserve our Republic from tyranny.

I would just like to comment on the WRONG information that "willjud" posted. George W. Bush WAS NOT ADOPTED. First of all, it doesn't take very much to look at George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Jeb Bush and see the HUGE family traits passed on from mother, Barbara Bush and father, George, H.W. Bush, to his sons and daughter, Dorothy. Also, if one has done any reading at all, one would have read in Barbara Bush's books and George H.W. Bush's books the memoirs of the births of their children (all of them) and memories of their early childhoods and of them as children. They are all natural children of their parents.
This was false information.
I just wanted to get that point out and make that straight here and now. It is a matter of record and I don't know the purpose of that being posted except to cause discord.

Yes, and NO SPEED READERS, EITHER. That was a slap in the face to the American public. It was in-your-face crapola from Henry Waxman. All proposed legislation should be given 72 hours IN THE HANDS OF REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATORS to read BEFORE taking a vote.

So, the previous commentator went on a "rant" that took an entire page and said nothing. That's what liberals do; attack personally but in the end say nothing. All fluff and no substance. A lot like the current administration. A lot of window dressing but when one opens the door, there's nothing in the store.

I resent the astronomical spending of this administration. There's nothing to show for it but the huge bill. And we can NEVER pay it off, Mr. Obama. We can't call you president, because you haven't proven that you are eligible for that title. And, until you do we will not quit calling for proof. If both of your parents weren't born in America, you can't be president. Last time I checked, your father wasn't born in America.....so you, Biden, and all of your cabinet members should pack it up.
There will be a leadership in town and it won't be democrats.
We will undo everything you have managed to destroy. You have put our country in a precarious state.

And, despite the rant that some of your Acorn friends get off on, the majority of Americans see you for what you are. You are an Islamic fundamentalist and you are bent on destroying America. We are no threat to YOU, you are a threat to us. Yet you tell your Homeland Security Department to turn its eye to us. Mere Americans trying to survive. Target us. While you eat at the trough of American prosperity.

You will be the downfall of yourself Obama. Your arrogance and your greed. Your attitude that you know better than anyone. Your "transparency" that is not transparent. The government needs to stay out of our personal business and this means with banking and with credit cards. No one HAS TO USE CREDIT CARDS. If credit cards are charging too much in interest, cut them up, pay them off and don't use them anymore.

Buying things we don't have the money for, borrowing money we cannot pay back are the reasons this country is BROKE. If this country were a person, it would be bankrupt. In fact, we are bankrupt. We are borrowing money from ourselves. We are monetizing our debt. This means in a few months we are going to see astronomical inflation. Perhaps hyperinflation. Do you want to pay $10 for a loaf of bread? Well get ready to do it. And you can thank President Obama for this. He cannot blame it on President Bush. This is HIS policies that have done it to us. Remember this post. And remember these words.

Show us the REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Not a phony one someone has cooked up for you to hoodwink the American public with. The DNC, and those who have not properly vetted you and let this Hawaii-issued "certificate of birth" slide as proof of your "naturalized citizenship proof" should be held accountable to the American public and prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law (no matter what the outcome is). No one is above the law, NO ONE.
