Having run for office purely on popularity is impressive however the republic is founded on the law and in it is a requirement the presidential candidates and presidents be qualified. While it is extremely disturbing to interested parties that a person seeking high office, refuse to allow educational background information, it is far more than disturbing to refuse to qualify according to the law. Presenting a certificate which merely states facts of birth and not the required information to establish status.
The effect of misguiding half the population into a conclusion of fact without correcting it is itself discrediting and shameful. It is much more than an oversight on the part of government when it decides to deny the very law from being satisfied against their oaths. It is unacceptable and flies in the face of every true patriot as a red flag of tyranny when government colludes to thwart the peoples right to know especially when it is spelled out in the constitution. That every challenge to any other candidate has been settled without having to cause the public great fees in establishing a defense of the constitution and attempting legal actions to support them is also very disturbing and has caused a great stirring of patriotism since never in history have we the people been so blatently disregarded and the law been broken with the aid of congress and many courts. It is an awareness of the power the government has amassed and its apparent ease of abusing it without answer at all.
