The basis is the constitution. Try reading it; it's a very simple document that worked quite well until the Feds began ignoring it.

The constitution is relevant and NO actual birth certificate has been show. For you dimbulbs- explain why he is spending millions to counter lawsuits wanting to open his records? It makes no sense to fight lawsuits when the documents would close this subject.
