The longer this drags out the worse it will be for B. S. when the truth comes out. It is too bad that the Democrat Party was part of a huge election scandal by putting forth a candidate they knew was ineligible because there are some Democrats with whom I agree.
Truly what has happened since the election have shown that Dr. Ron Paul knew exactly what was coming and exactly how to deal with it.
The leftist liars did everything they could to discredit Paul and the liberal wing of the Republican Party chimed right in.
If only we had seen through this scam and elected the great Dr. Paul we would not be looking at annual interest payment that is more money than it took to run the entire Kennedy administration. If only 0bama had not spent the last twelve months avoiding any question about where he was born and what the certificate online is about. If only he had not hired tax cheat and federal reserve lackey as the secretary of Treasury we might have been able to see what was going on.
As it is today we have an administration that is rudderless and fraudulent.

It is good to see that we may finally have someone look at the documentation. It is a sad statement when it takes dozens of lawsuits to get basic information and I hope the judge does not allow the usurper and his cabal to delay this past 6/29/09.
It will be quite a momentous end to the 12 month long obfuscation, lies of omission, and silense from the crooks who supported the illegal candidacy of B. S. and the b.s. supporters here.
What is entirely relevant and what has changed the minds of so many people is the fact that the one person who could say the document on the web is his and came from him and is an accurate depiction of his birth has remained silent.

Either one of those by themselves are probably not significant in peacetime when our troops are not engaged in battle, but to spend money without thought, to make strategic decisions without thinking them through and the fact he's been playing hide and seek with transparency together consist a pattern of ignorance and willful deriliction of duty that should mean he no longer gets to command the military. He's obviously unfit and a danger to our troops in war.

The current occupant of the White House is not qualified for the seat.
He was not born in Hawaii.
If he was born in Hawaii there would no longer be this question.
He has spent an entire year avoiding the question of eligibility precisely because he knows he's ineligible.

What we need is to get the government oput of the health care business. It was never designed to do that and you only need to look at what happened at Walter Reed Army Hospital to see what happens when you put the federal government in charge of health care.
I am not talking about the insurance "industry" producing or policing anything.
They already suck which is why I carry only catastrophic coverage so I pay for my doctor visits and I get to choose my doctor and I don't have to wait for more than over the weekend and I have a clinic number so I can reach them if need be.

When I refer to "you people" I mean people who don't understand that what they want necessarily negates what I want.
Look at Canada where it is against the law to pay for your own health care, you must use their system with weeks long wait for your doctor provided you can find one.
The "founding fathers" knew what the federtal government would do if not constrained and now, today, the problems in our health care are ALL rooted in governmental interferance and you people want more governmental interferance. You want your health care decisions to be made by a committee in Congress.
So, you people who want to finish of what decades of government meddling has made sick are going to be sorry.
Your pipe dream has no reality.
You either need to address the issue up front and amend the Constitution or find another way to solve the problem.
The only thing the government has done so far is increase costs and increase paperwork and increase the very things it said it was going to get rid of.
If you want to wait for weeks to see a doctor and months to years to see a specialist and you want cookie cutter rationed health care there are plenty of other countries you can move to.

There was no birth in any Hawaii hospital in 1961 billed to an Obama or Dunham.
I know 1961 is a long time ago, but I seriously doubt that there would have been a birth without any billing.
I seriously doubt that B. S. has a valid claim of privacy and the rest of the people don't care if he does make that claim he promised transparency, oh and he promised no more pork and all bills will be up five days on the internet before he signs them and on and on.

I live in a mostly rural area because I knew long ago what was coming. Not only am I insulated from the medical problems of big cities with high numbers of illegals clogging the system but am also closer to food sources.
The numbers for the cost per person in medical costs include all research and development, all advertising, and all other related expenses.
There is absolutely no way we should even THINK about going single payer.
The fact is the last time the federal government interfered(helped?) with the problem of health care they came up with the HMO.
How is this "single payer plan" any different than the HMO?
If government had the solution they would have started using that solution.
Calling health care single payer and not what it really is, rationed care, is just a lie.
When our system has more government involvement it gets more expensive every time.It also becomes less responsive to the consumer since they are not going to have to worry about people needing their services.

When this whole birth certificate question came about a year ago this month, I figured that the problem would be dealt with quicly as they did in the other case of an eligibility question with McSame.
Now that we know so much more about the great fraud of the century it does make sense to act.
I have been forwarding some of the responses from this site to other like minded individuals, most of whom do not have time to post or even read about the topic.
I am shocked that this question has gone on this long without any resolution.

The Hawaii dept of recods and Hawaiian officials have stated that he has a certificate on file and they reported on part of what was on it and because 0bama didn't object to the statements, he is not entitled to privacy regarding that document.
I am sure that if he looks long enough in the map room he will find that old and wrinkled birth certificate referenced in his book.

A palestinian should already know the detrimental effects of global governance. In 1947 the global government imposed its global governance upon the people of the Middle East and created what is now called Israel.
To now think somehow that some more global interferance will solve a problem is what could be defined as insanity, and that is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different result every time.
Oh sure, the lofty idea was floated and has been repeated but what we have discovered is the global solutions imposed on a people will result in more palestines and more people stripped of their rights.
In the muslim controlled countries they see a different idea of freedom than we do in the united States. We are not subjects of a kingdom.
Yet whenever someone wants change in the world they want the united States to step up while in their land they burn Old Glory and shout for our death.
So, world government created the very thing that is keeping us from peace and that is an imposed solution.
Creating world governence should not be sought, but justice and freedom of all of the people in all of the countries should be the goal.
Whether it is the role of a woman in Saudi society or the role of a woman in a Coptic Christian group we have seen double standards.
The United Nations was created, they said, to resolve these problems and make peace happen.
When someone says "global government" run as fast as you can from them for they will create another palestine.And YOU will be stuck in it.

The reason we have so many people posting ideas on open government is the fact this site seems to be dedicated to open government.
Open government includes the qualification of the person sitting in the Oval Office.
The fact is not one person has been able to state that they have seen the certificate on file in Hawaii and it shows that the current resident of the White House was born in the united States.
You can call people "birthers" but what you cannot do is link to the statement from 0bama that the certificate on the web is his and is an accurate reflection of the circumstances of his birth
Hawaii Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said she looked at it. The book "Dreams..." includes a reference to the birth document that was old and wrinkled.
There is no expectation of privacy anymore and it is simply unAmerican to allow this man to get away with the fraud.
He is a fraudulently elected man who has signed bills into law without reading them, violated his campaign promise to have all bills posted on the internet for five days before he signs them and has crafted an executive order with no plan as to how to implement it. He has more time for White House parties than he does for Presidential Duty.
He should show his certificate and then if it proves he was born in Hawaii you can heap your derision on those who said he isn't a citizen but until you can prove he was born in Hawaii or can find one place where he said "I was born in [this] hospital and the doctors name on the certificate is [who] and the other signatures on the document belong to {medical professionals}.
OR
"The document posted on the web came from my files and is an accurate depiction of my place of birth".
Unless and until you can provide that, there will always be thoose who will remain suspicious.
When their cause succeeds and people are shown that in fact B.S. is just full of b.s. then those people will be championed as heroes.

There are too many differences in culture and heritage to make the rest of the world accept the rights we see as unalienable.
Global governance does not insure the rights of all the people, it is something that is imposed on people.
We have enough imposition as it is and creating another layer of control and bureaucracy will not advance the contidion of anyone.
If the rest of the world wants to accept all of our rights, let them do so as a matter of their own political machines, not an imposition.
Imagine the resistance you would get in muslim controlled countries if you demanded that all are created equal and that applies to women as well as men.
You try to float that idea and you are likely to be chased out of there faster that 0bama spends a billion dollars.

Oh I know there are many Americans who cannot handle their finances, one need only look at the huge credit card debt to figure that out.
How can you believe that single payer costs less when all of the evidence points the other way?
Look at the other places this has been tried. Even our own government showed us with Walter Reed and the horrible conditions there that when they do it it costs more and delivers less.
Show me where I can find any single payer system anywhere that works and delivers at least the level of care we currently have.
I am not attacking you personally, but the idea that a single payer system will work here in this country is simply a baseless assertion.
There's no proof it works and that's why I oppose it.

The last time I had an emergency room visit was last July when my wife needed immediate care. We had no waiting. We had a decision to admit her within minutes and she received high quality care.
If you have a problem in your region, fix it, don't ask me to sacrifice mine for yours, yours has been shown to be worse.
We have nobody in America waiting in an ambiulance four hours before getting in to the emergency room.
Ruining our health care is not fixing it.
Single payer bureaucrat run amok red tape waste fraud and abuse health care is not better than what we have now.
Take responsibility for your city, your county, your State before you come asking all of the rest of us to sacrifice because your region has no leadership.

If we enacted a government program you will end up with a more expensive system that kills innoivation and turns our health care system into another bunch of red tape.
Government programs cost more, deliver less service, and have virtually no innovation.
We will have longer wait times for doctors because there will be fewer doctors. Have a look at the UK dental plan.
There is no place in the Constitution where the federal government is permitted to engage in this activity and thus it is left to the States and to the People.
Here in America we have a tradition of taking care of our problems with innovation and professionalism.

I took the amount of my monthly premium and instead bought gold coins.I was able to pay for my health care directly.

In fact I was a member of the Democrat Party until the early seventies and I saw the corruption all over that party and I have been a member of the Libertarians Party ever since. My TV line-up does not even include fox news and I could only get it if I pay extra.

The delay is not due to the inability of the production, it is the hampering of production from the federal government. The Democrats saw to it back in the seventies that it would be impossible to build a refinery and very costly to extract the oil.
We have FAR more reserves here and with the development of turning plant waste into crude along with the new way Shell Oil is extracting oil from shale it is simply poppycock to state it is finite and it is completely impossible to go from drilling to the gas tank in a year or two.
The fact is we need to be smart about this and stop buying into the lies from those who would control us and steal money from us to cure a problem that does not exist or exists because of the government.
The fact is the crude from plant waste and the crude from oil shale are bot by far more pure than the best Saudi Arabia has to offer.
Less refinement means less cost. Using our own resources is far better than bringing it across oceans in leaky tankers.We need to keep the feet of the political animals who allegedly represent us to the fire.

On the grand scale of things, whenever anyplace in the world is in trouble the first place they look is to us.Flood,famine,fights,and tsunami have all been answered and answered quickly by America. Americans are always ready to help.
The current occupant of the White House does not speak for me and the arrogance he's talking about is his own and his derision was shown at a recent press conference when the White House spokesman laughed instead of answering why it is we cannot have the real birth certificate shown to us.
So if you ask me, yes, the White House is filled to the brim with arrogance, divisiveness and derision.
There are NO advantages to global governance.

Are you really trying to convince me that waiting LONGER and having FEWER qualified individuals in health care will make things better?
To me, having a trauma center with qualified individuals beats not having one at all.
Forcing me to comply with a DC mandate for my health care is not freedom.
If you can find that place in the Constitution where the federal government is authorized to be the doctor, show me.
Otherwise you should admit that the federal interferance caused the long wait times and we should rid the hospital from federal interferance.
So, put up or shut up. There are no Americans waiting four hous in an ambulance before being admitted to the hospital.

Patients forced to wait hours in ambulances parked outside A&E departments
Ambulance chiefs have warned that lives are being put at risk "on a daily basis" by long delays allowing patients into Accident and Emergency units.
An investigation by The Sunday Telegraph has found that thousands of 999 patients are being left to wait in ambulances in car parks and holding bays, or in hospital corridors – in some cases for more than five hours – before they can even join the queue for urgent treatment.

Experts warn that hospitals are deliberately delaying when they accept patients – or are diverting them to different sites – in order to meet Government targets to treat people within fours hours of admitting them.
The extent of the problems have been revealed in correspondence between senior health officials, obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, which also show their serious concerns about the dangers the delays pose to patients.

A letter by Sir Graham Meldrum, chairman of West Midlands Ambulance Service, sent to hospital chief executives last November warns that patients are "being put at risk on a daily basis", with 7,600 patients a month facing delays of more than 30 minutes – a situation which has since deteriorated, with more than 8,000 such delays in March.

The documents also reveal an investigation into the death of a patient who waited three hours to be seen by A&E staff after being taken by ambulance to The Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals Trust.

On two occasions in January, ambulances took more than five hours to unload patients at Queen's Hospital in Romford, Essex.

In the same month, journeys to Weston-super-Mare hospital in Somerset were repeatedly held up, with more than a dozen waits of two hours, including delays of four and five hours.

Dozens of A&E units refused all 999 arrivals for periods of several hours, on hundreds of occasions, forcing crews to take desperately sick patients on lengthy journeys, and shifting pressures to other hospitals, the documents show.

In the course of six months, hospitals in the West Midlands ordered a "divert" on more than 450 occasions, closing A&E units to all 999 arrivals for hours at a time.

During a six-week period last autumn, hospital chiefs in the north east of England closed casualty units to 999 arrivals on 34 occasions, for up to 19 hours at a time.

Internal documents from the London Ambulance Service reports of extensive delays throughout December: "Ambulances have queued in large numbers for up to five hours to unload, and two hour delays were relatively common," it says.

The briefing note, written in January, says hospitals were so short-staffed that ambulance staff were regularly forced to look after multiple patients simultaneously, so that colleagues could respond to 999 calls.

Delays to patients arriving to A&E by ambulance are increasing in many parts of the country as hospitals struggle to cope with a massive increase in the number of emergency hospital admissions since family doctors stopped providing routine out-of-hours care.

Since the changes were made five years ago, the number of emergency hospital admissions has risen by 30 per cent, while the number of beds fell by more than 20,000.

More than 100,000 ambulance journeys were delayed at casualty units by more than 30 minutes in the month of March alone – an increase of 18 per cent in 12 months.

Mike Penning, the shadow health minister, said: "Labour's tick box culture is forcing staff to prioritise the four hour target ahead of ensuring patient get the treatment they need.

"It is madness that all of this has happened at a time when the number of people being admitted to A&E units is soaring."

Ambulance staff and patients groups said hospitals were routinely ignoring NHS guidance which says the "clock" for the A&E four hour wait should start 15 minutes after an ambulance arrives on site.

Katherine Murphy, from the Patients Association, said: "We are hearing increasing numbers of stories of seriously-ill patients lying in pain in ambulances, worried out of their mind, while others are taken on long journeys because casualty units have been closed.

"The guidance may say they should not be delayed, but the A&E target is the one that comes with financial penalties attached, and it is the one hospitals care about."

Most ambulance trusts measure delays by "turnaround time" – the time between the ambulance's arrival at A&E and its availability for the next call.

It includes any time cleaning or restocking the vehicle, which should take no more than a few minutes.

Research by one ambulance trust found three quarters of delays occurred before the patient was handed over to staff, and that 84 per cent of those cases were connected to bed shortages.

Sam Oestricher, ambulance representative for trade union Unison, said ambulances were being treated "as mobile waiting rooms".

He said: "Our members are spending hours effectively babysitting patients, who have been rushed to A&E departments because they need to be seen urgently.

"It leaves patients and crews in a terribly anxious, frustrating situation, and it greatly increases the risks."

Jim Wardrope, A&E consultant at Sheffield Northern Hospital and past president of the College of Emergency Medicine said: "The whole system is running hot, so that when the pressure comes, it backs up quickly and we end up desperately searching for trolleys."

Health Minister Ben Bradshaw said "severe action" would be taken against any hospitals found to be keeping patients in ambulances in an attempt to cheat on the A&E targets.

He added: "The vast majority of hospitals up and down the country are meeting the four hour target without keeping people waiting in ambulances."

The figure for the "most expensive" includes all advertising, research,
and development of everything from timed released aspirin to the type of neck operation that saved my life.
Only in this country and under this health care could I have been injured so severely and still survive.
NONE of the socialistic health care systems you can NAME have better trauma facilities than we have.
NONE of the socialistic health care systems operate without wait times in the months to see a doctor and years to see a specialist.
An orthopedic surgeon and brand new procedures at that time were used, you don't get that type of innovation from any socialistic health care system.
The London newspapers are filled with stories of ambulances being used as waiting rooms because the hospitals are so short staffed even emergency care is put on hold.
If you think waiting for hours in an ambulance is preferable to the cutting edge syteme we now have, by all means move to the U.K. where they have the perfect system for you.
Just don't try and find a dentist while you are there, and don't injure yourself severely.

In order for the IPCC computer models to show global warming they omitted all data from volcanic eruptions and volcanic eruption send ash into the stratosphere where it blocks the sun.
You can believe in global warming, or volcanoes, not both

In united States v Cryer the 12-0 decision was that the federal government has no Constitutional right to tax the money you earn through work.
The IRS could not or did not show by what authority they were taxing Cryer and demanded he pay BEFORE they explained.
It is time to get back to the ideas that made this country great and dump the illegal income tax in the harbor.

I have to laugh. It will not take "decades" to get it from a driller to the gas pump. I don't know who you got your information from but that satement is wrong.
It really is a simple as drill, drill, drill, and our country CAN keep our resources here. Ever hear of the Commerce Clause??

In the entire country of France they have no level one trauma centers and no level one trauma teams. If you want people to die for want of emergency care, then by all means support this idea.
If Princess Diana had the same crash in Philly or L.A. she would have lived.
Trying to do it like France has done it will lead to long wait times for normal visits and you could die waiting for a specialist.
Is that what you want?

He promised transparency and delivered secrecy. We know where every other president was born. There is a certificate on the web but he never said it came from his files or was accurate, in fact he's doing everything he can to avoid allowing for the transparency he promised.
He's looking more like a fraud every day he keeps the name of the hospital and the name of the doctor who delivered him secret.
