Make It Safe for Govt. Workers to Innovate to Save Money

Federal departments can only become more Transparent, Participatory, and Collaborative with outsiders (citizens) unless those same things are adopted INTERNALLY. Those qualities can only show up on the *outside* if they are valued on the *inside*. However, federal departments do NOT have the internal openness that makes it *safe* for their employees (and those of contractors) to suggest ways to make their organizations ...more »

Campaign: Strategic Planning and Budgeting

Chain Saws and Scalpels

An all too common practice both in the Federal government and the commercial sector when faced with shrinking budgets is to simply make across the board cuts. In other words, we take out our chain saw and just reduce funding for all programs by the same percent. If we were to ask ourselves if all programs as equally important to the organization, I propose that 9 out of 10 of us would answer "No". So why do we continue ...more »

Be honest with the public about government's knowledge and investigations of UFO's

1000's of people see UFO's all over the world on a yearly basis............. The government of Mexico recently had a famous ufo encounter that is leading them to openly invesstigate ufo's, I think it is time that America comes clean to it's people about what we know. I think in this new age we can handle some honesty and many people would like to know what really happened at Roswell, as this is still being kept secret ...more »

Disclosure of Extra-Terristrial Presence & Technology

Dear President Obama, As you have witnessed during the Presidential campaign, the subject of UFOs and ET's is no longer ridiculed and is taken very seriously by the public. Please allow your agencies (NASA, NSA, DNI, DOD, FBI, CIA, etc.) to collaborate their efforts and begin a series of public briefings to better educate and inform the public. The majority are already de-sensitized on the subject via whistle-blower ...more »

Nuclear rockets

Back in the 1960s NASA experimented with the idea rocket engines powered by a nuclear reactor. The original prototype was crude and would have emitted radioactive material into the air, but the basic idea was sound -- using the energy of nuclear fission to heat your propellant instead of using chemical combustion. The original prototype was based on a conventional reactor with a core of plutonium. Such solid-core reactors ...more »

The Tree of Obama

"You will know a tree by it's fruit." Matthew 7:16 The Obama Tree is a black Oak. The leaves protect the tree from the light of truth. The bark is hard and callus to prevent transparency. The fruit is the ACORN, to reproduce itself again and again. The roots of deception go deep into the American soil. Outsource Low Earth Orbit

NASA should focus on the big daunting tasks that we don't know how to do, like going to Mars, or diverting asteroids from hitting Earth. If you listen to people like Burt Rutan (see the link below), private industry is ready, willing and able to take on a contract to transport supplies, equipment and crew to and from the International Space Station. We now all understand that while the Space Shuttle Program accomplished ...more »

Campaign: Making Data More Accessible

Allow NASA to share tecnologies with its internacional parters and allies(like ESA and JAXA)

By doing this billions could be saved in improving and creating space exploration tecnologies. Currently no tecnology may be shared with no one(and i belive this ban even includes tables and bolts) in order to prevent hostile countries to create advanced missile weaponry... In view of north korea missile testing spree its not like that they wont be able to develop a missile tecnology, even if we include Since industries ...more »

American citizenship or being a citizen of Heaven

If you had a choice between being an American citizen or being a citizen of Heaven, which would you choose? For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; Philippians 3:20 I am choosing being a citizen of Heaven since Obama and his team is taking America straight to world citizenship, and then straight to hell. Citizen of Heaven = Thumbs up Citizen of America ...more »
