Investigate and prosecute war crimes

Abundant evidence exist that the Bush Administration committed war crimes. The Spanish Court is investigating these alleged crimes-- but from our compromised Department of Justice, only crickets. We voted for change we can believe in, but what we have seen from AG Holder's DOJ seems mostly to be locked into President Bush's positions. When the government makes a mistake that negatively affects someone the government should be obligated to correct the problem

Example: Say the social security administration accidentally declares someone dead even though they are still alive. This causes an enormous amount of trouble for the person; benefits are canceled, credit is not available and the person who is the victim is obligated to work to fix the problem.
