Immigration

Review the current interview process for immigrants abroad. Currently the decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the immigration officer conducting the interview. The denial is often times based on opinion not fact. This leaves the applicant and the beneficiary very little options on how to defend the denial if they don't have a specific reason for the denial.

EB immigration is to support economic growth of US, and to decrease the shortage of specific skills. So if the special skill is concentrated on one country, you might need more people from that country to decrease the shortage on that skill. Current ...more »

The Tree of Obama

"You will know a tree by it's fruit." Matthew 7:16 The Obama Tree is a black Oak. The leaves protect the tree from the light of truth. The bark is hard and callus to prevent transparency. The fruit is the ACORN, to reproduce itself again and again. The roots of deception go deep into the American soil. Employment Based Immigration - Increase visa numbers

Can you believe that if I as an employer want to recruit a foreign national (after a few months of unsuccessful recruiting effort to find ANY US citizens for the position), for a very critical position, it takes me 19 years to bring that person on board in Green Card? Many of these highly skilled individuals are not ready for the "uncertainty" we invite them into in terms of "temporary visa's". So I am forced to wait ...more »

Easier to become a Citizen

Regarding the current illegal immigration issues, part of the problem lies in the required processes to become a United States citizen. It requires too much money (especially if the person in question does not speak English). Perhaps an easier and faster process could be put in place. I once read a quote that said something along the lines of "When we needed immigrants, we welcomed them into our country. When we didn't, ...more »

American citizenship or being a citizen of Heaven

If you had a choice between being an American citizen or being a citizen of Heaven, which would you choose? For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; Philippians 3:20 I am choosing being a citizen of Heaven since Obama and his team is taking America straight to world citizenship, and then straight to hell. Citizen of Heaven = Thumbs up Citizen of America ...more »
