National Service or the Draft for 2 years?

Its the responsibility of citizenship in exchange for the fortune of being an American. Americans should be given an opportunity to know and serve their country for two years. It would solve so much. Social and racial issuses and put the young that have no path or goals in life on the right path for a better and brighter tommorrow. Create a bill reading czar

Since our brilliant USA politicians are too busy to read bills before they vote on them it might be good to appoint a bill reading czar. The bill reading czar could read the bill. Of coure, no one in Congrss would care but at least citizens would know someone was reading the bills.

MAKE EDUCATION ALL FREE FOR ALL AMERICA'S YOUNG PEOPLE.
