An illegal President who wishes to punish law abiding Americans by forcing the 300MM to accept the 12+ illegals into our society, he's doing nothing more than trolling for votes.
Its not surprising since this President is an illegal himself.
Welcome to anarchy in America, Laws are ignored repeatedly by this Obama crowd. Military veterans are referred to as Right Wing Terrorists and Illegals are embraced as the answer to winning an election.
Everyone agrees the cost of healthcare is too high but few can agree on how to fix it. Why, because its politically risky to do the appropriate thing.
There are two significant areas that could be addressed that would reduce the costs considerably 1)Tort reform. Cap the awards of lawsuits. If an American serviceman or woman has their LIFE valued at $250,000 based on the life insurance provided by the US government then there is no way anyone should be receiving millions of dollars for surgery that goes bad. Tragic as some of these mistakes may be it seems to me the value of a life has already been established $250,000, a crooked scar shouldn't be worth more than a few thousand at best.
2)Deport the more than 15million illegals that American carry the burden of expense for. These criminals come here ILLEGALLY and the law abiding citizens of America are required to absorb the cost of providing care for them. Close the border, deport all the illegals, yes Auntie Obama with them, and measure the savings in tens of billions.
Why doesn't the government trade all it's limo's and Suv's in for electric cars. Most government limo's only make short trips, trips that would be ideal for electric vehicles. It would also be a good statement if the people saw the president and the other politicains putting themselves in the position they want to put the rest of Americans in.
Why would Obama's administration favor a proposal inclusive of a clause that would award healthcare benefits free of tax for UNION workers but which would tax the healthcare benefits of the remainder of workers receiving employer provided benefits. Union workers are approx 12% of the workforce and to allow them to receive health benefits free of tax is as discriminatory an act as has ever occurred. A clear cut case of selective rewarding of politically favorable allies. A worker is a worker, health benefits are health benefits TAX EVERYONE receiving the benefits or tax NO ONE AT ALL.
Fox news among others has filed papers requesting release of the photos taken during the Manhattan flyover on A1, through the Freedom of Information Act. So far the airforce and the Whitehouse have responded with ridiculous contradicting statements, obviously using any means necessary to stonewall those requesting the photos and attempting to delay or obstruct the release of said photos. Where's the transparency?
Six states are starting to make plans to opt out of any federal government health care program. That's Arizona, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, New Mexico and Wyoming. I bet Texas will be right behind them.
I'm so glad states are starting to turn on the federal government.
Let me know what you think of this. I haven't thought it fully out, but it seems plausible on its face.
Since postal employees are already being paid, they should be the ones doing the census. That would save a whole lot of money training and paying 710,00 census workers. There are 750,000 postal workers.
Let's say it takes them two days to accomplish the task. Two Saturdays the mail is not delivered but the postal workers are doing the census instead.
That could save us a WHOLE lot of money and it also prevents organizations like ACORN manipulating data to fit their unscrupulous agenda.
If you want a perfect example of Goverment Health Care check out our Veteran Hospitals. We have never properly taken care of our Soldiers. There is absolutely no way they will take care of us, the average Joe.
Nursing homes can cost $80,000 a year. Live in care givers cost arround $30,000 plus room and board. Yet, people in places like the UAE and Hong Kong have live in domestic help that costs between $2000 and $5000 a year plus R&B. This is because their immigration laws are better than those in the US and they hire workers from the Philippines or Indonesia who are trilled to get those salaries.
US immigration laws are backward compared to countries like Hong Kong, the UAE, or Saudi Arabia. People in Hong Kong hire Philippine help for about $400 a month plus room and board. They work 6 days a week, up to 18 hours a day and they do not pay SSA taxes or pensions. Philippine workers are anxious to grab these jobs because that is more that what a nurse would earn in the Philippines. Philippine domestic help earn about 4 times what they could earn in the Philippines. Places like the UAE are popular but not as much as Hong Kong. In the UAE, Philippine domestic help earn about $180 a month plus room and board. They also work longer hours than in Hong Kong. If the US has similar laws, it would be easy to hire Philippine domestic help for about $5000 a year. This way, senior citizens could continue living in their homes for a fraction of the cost of what is required now.
Too bad the US does not have domestic help laws like Hong Kong or the middle east. Not only do the Philippine employees work for less, but they are more honest because the job is more valuable to them. Think of it. If a Philippine domestic help worker looses their job, they are sent back home and have no chance of getter a good paying job (by Philippine standards) again. They rely on these incomes to support parents of families back home. Too bad the US is not as advanced.
It's really a Cap and Tax. Obama and Congress is hoping none of us realize that Congress is trying to put through ANOTHER tax on us so that we can pay for Al Gore's HUGE environmental movement that Al Gore has already made millions at and is about to make more millions at.
Call your Congresspeople today and tell them you don't want this tax. The numbers are: 202 225-3121 or 202 224-3121. I've been trying to get through all day. It's been busy and Verizon has been saying the number is no good. I'm just figuring that so many people are calling at once.
On June 4, 2009, President [usurper] Barack H. Obama delivered a speech in Cairo, Egypt, that contained a distorted view of the Jewish people's historical ties to the land of their forefathers, the land of Israel.
Yes, that was wrong to strip search a 13 year old, make her pull her undergarments away from her body. But, who cares. We hadn't clearly told you not to, so we won't punish you for doing it.
Whatever health plan the Senate and House members come up with for "all Americans" should be the Health Plan that they, their families and all Federal Administration officials have.
If Congress tries to ram the goverment plan down our throats we need all citizens to call, write, fax their representatives and ask point blank: WILL THEY GIVE UP THEIR BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD HEALTHCARE AND SIGN UP ON THE GOVERNMENT PLAN? Make them answer you.
Modern Day Morons.... Blacks that voted for Obama for no other reason than he is 1/2 black. This is racism in the highest degree. I get so tired of Blacks crying racism when they are the worst with, The National Negro College Fund, NAACP, Miss Black America,Black History Month. This is getting so old....
Don't get me wrong. There are some good Black people. They just seem few and far between. It seems today that few will speak out against the lying, cheating, stealing going on in Washington, just because Obama is black.
Also, why do you continue to lie about keeping the private insurance sector alive when you know that your plan is to make it virtually impossible for it to survive? Do you not realize that the truth will come out and eventually the media will not protect you?
You took an oath to protect the American people, Mr. Obama. You are not protecting us. You are destroying us on your path to control us.
When rescinding the Mexico City Policy, the President expressed his desire to depoliticize the issue. However, now taxpayer dollars can indirectly contribute to the promotion of abortion in foreign countries, which many taxpayers find unconscionable.
Two changes to US-AID grant-making policies could strike an appropriate compromise: supplement-not-supplant guidelines and indirect cost prohibition.
If US-AID instituted a strong supplement-not-supplant policy and prohibited the charging of indirect costs to US-AID grants, then taxpayer dollars would not promote abortion in anyway. Furthermore, international humanitarian NGOs could conduct programs and services that would further America's standing in the world.
List the things he has done since in office that makes you think he is a great leader for America. Don't base your thoughts on what Bush did or didn't do...but rather off of what Obama has already done to sway your support
Currently the main browser that all government agencies are using is Internet Explore 6. This browser has been around for close to decade and has been obsolete for many years. Use of this browser prevents government from providing most optimal and latest web technology in information sharing. Currently there are hundreds of technologies that can not be implemented in IE6. Web is changing every minute and constricting this kind of growth can damage the government and its resources in information sharing and gathering. Our government is using a browser that does not support most of the web standards that exist. With release of Internet Explore 8 there is no excuse in avoiding a long needed switch to more modern browsers like Internet Explore 7, Internet Explore 8 and Fire Fox 3.

If you would be so kind, please email the White house and explain to them the meaning of term, as well, mention the fact that they are abusing the Constitution, treading on the rights of the people, and contributing greatly to the closing in on the event horizon pointing directly to a bloody revolution, chock full of angry Americans who are tired of this invasion.
Also, if you would, I would appreciate it if you would consider voting on:

Ron Paul has been right on target with his economic forecasting.
He's the popular Republican Congressman from Texas, who is ripping into the president and Congress for what he sees as their “goal” with round after round of stimulus: complete economic collapse.
“From their spending habits, an economic collapse seems to be the goal of Congress and this administration,” he said in his June 22, 2009, weekly address.
He added that Democrats who voted for the president’s war funding request, which gave an additional $106 billion to military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq — among other, unrelated items — were actually voting in favor of the wars, not just authorization of the president’s agenda.
He called it an affront to everyone who believed a vote for Obama was a vote for a peace candidate.
The president’s insistence on including an additional $108 billion in asset exchange with the International Monetary Fund is merely “buying global oppression,” he said.
Paul added that, “this [bill sent] $660 million to Gaza, $555 million to Israel, $310 million to Egypt, $300 million to Jordan and $420 million to Mexico; and some $889 million will be sent to the United Nations for so-called peace keeping missions.”
In other words, the latest U.S. war funding was an “International bailout,” he said.
The legislation’s provisions for the IMF included 100 billion dollars for the New Arrangements to Borrow (NAB), a credit instrument providing the multilateral institution with additional resources to deal with exceptional risks to the stability of the international monetary system.
They also include an expansion of the nation’s special drawing rights by five billion SDRs, adding roughly eight billion dollars to the IMF’s financial firepower.
The 100 billion dollars for the NAB acts as a credit line for the IMF in case member countries need emergency loans that exceed the institution’s resources. As such, the money is not considered an immediate budget expense.
Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) had proposed to strip out the IMF funds, but his measure was defeated in May by a vote of 64-30.
“Not only does sending money to the IMF hurt citizens here, evidence shows that it even hurts those it pretends to help,” Paul said. “Along with IMF loans come IMF required policy changes called ’structural adjustment programs,’ which amount to forced Keynesianism. This is the very fantasy-infused economic model that brought our own country to its knees.”
