On Wiki answers, when you ask a question, it knows there is another question like that and it will say did you mean this? and then you can read the question and decide if that is what you meant.
If on this website when you type in an idea and it pulled up another question like that, it might make it easier for people to vote on one idea.
So- for this one, I wouldn't be surprised if other people made this suggestion already, but as soon as I post this, I would be directed to a dialogue that lists other suggestions that may have similarities to mine. If it is completely different, I may choose to go ahead. If it is the same as another idea, I will abandon my post and vote for the similar issue. This way there is a more accurate vote count and the number of similar posts would be deleted.
