Ten Million Man March

Why Is This Idea Important?: When the People fear the Government, a country is ready for a revolution, although I believe this must be accomplished legally and without violence.

All true and concerned citizens and patriots should organize for a 10 Million Man March on the Nations Capitol.

This March must be I.A.W. the U.S. Constitution specifically the right to peaceably assemble and all who March should carry non-concealed registered firearms, Specifically the Right to Bear Arms!

It is the right of the People to Abolish or replace the Federal Government.

This right is also reserved by the individual States, but unfortunately too many State Governors had their hands out the moment the ink hit the paper on the Stimulus (porkulus) Bill. I am ashamed of my Governor for doing this very thing!

    An armed march on Washington might be poorly received. In fact, suggesting such a thing is tantamount to suggesting open rebellion, an act which could be called "treasonous."

    While I appreciate your ideas, and think that perhaps the appearance of 10 million citizens on the nation's capital a great way to highlight the need for change, we need to be careful to walk the line gracefully. To see the ways things can spiral out of control when the citizens challenge the status quo, google "Bonus March" and watch what terrible things happened right in D.C. to those poor veterans!

    I think this is a little scary. I would happily participate in a march- and have, a few times- but an armed march?- no thank you.

    The people have the right to abolish the government. However, they must do it through the ballot box and the amendment process.

    They do not HAVE to do it through the ballot box. If government become abusive, we do the right, nay DUTY to remove it by what ever means necessary. I would advise you to read the Declaration of Independence. We did throw off the last tyrants by war.

    Nick, while agree about the Bonus March, I think you might want to look read about another bit of history just after WW2. Google "Battle of Athens" in Tenn. and read about what happened to a tyrant sheriff that ran a ballot fraud operation openly.

    I like the idea of a march, but can you imagine 10 million gun toting marchers? Just one gun incident, no matter what the cause, and the power of the march will be gone in that instant.

    There are 2 marchs on Washington being planned. One on the Fourth of July and one on September 12.

    Tar and Feathers are appropriate. Along with pitchforks to dig out of the mess the politicians made.

    I believe the focus is to be on Restore the Constitution, End the Fed, End the IRS and Income Taxes and replace with the FAIR Tax.

    It is expected that there will be over 2 million attending. How about you?
