Once again, you have tried diversionary tactics, and used unsubstantiated "knowledge" to try to discredit us "birthers"...I ask you, why then are you against having a full investigation and reporting...won't that just show how stupid and "used" we birthers are??? You should be screaming for the courts to do all they can to investigate and report, as we would then be proven as dumb as you guys think. You would gain immeasureable political clout from this!

One final question...we birthers (note that there are several questions to be asked and answered, not just the BC issue)have a legal right to the proof of his being eligible to be POTUS (the burden of proof is on him)...where is your legal right (not opinion, not name calling,not smearing and marginalizing)to deny us our right?

    Obama already proved he's a citizen.

    There were many opportunities before the election was certified for birthers to raise the qualifications issue. Birther complaints did not prevail.

    I read lots of talk here about the people being more important than anything else, even the law. But do birthers represent the people? The people did not go along with the birthers. A majority of American voters chose Obama. That is when the people spoke and that's what deserves respect. A tiny fringe group on a witch hunt is not synonomous with "the people."

    Knowing Obama is a citizen, there is no reason for me to welcome and inquiry. All it would be is publicity for birther lies and an endless witch hunt. I remember what the wingers did to Clinton after he agreed to cooperate and was cleared by multiple investigations. It was very ugly.

    You are naive. Obama has only proven that he feels no guilt about lying. I heard him say that he has no evidence of a Trilateral Union and that he doesn't have involvement with the CFR. Both statements are untrue.

    I don't know what you heard. If you mean the Trilateral Commission, they are on the web and would be happy to answer any of your questions. It helps to find out what the commission does before speculating on what they MIGHT do.

    The Council of Foreign Relations has long been a right wing boogy man. The myth is that there is some kind of secret world control there. In fact, the Council has about 4,500 members, so it would be hard for them to all conspire with each other.

    Invites to join the Council are a great honor and most who receive the offer accept. If Obama isn't a member now I'd expect him to join after he's finished with his presidency. There is nothing wrong with that.

    You have once again stated that Obama has proven he's a citizen, but as has been said many times, that's not the issue...is he a NATURL BORN CITIZEN? and, no he hasn't PROVEN anything...just provided a very well disputed document.

    The issue was raised in August of 2008, and a court case filed. If you go from that point, it's moot to suggest it could have been dealt with before the election. Berg even asked for a stay on the election so this could be resolved. He was denied for "lack of standing"...WHAT??? What kind of stall tactic baloney is that?

    The only reason people didn't go along with the birthers is that the MSM is fighting this with all they have got, just like all the Obama followers, and it's been difficult to say the least to get the word out there. The MSM and Obama supporters don't want to have "the anointed one" removed from office if he's found not eligible. They wouldn't be so nervous about that happening if they KNEW he was legitimately in the office.

    You don't have to welcome an inquiry if you don't want one, just get out of the way of those of us who want our constitutional rights enforced.

    Twitchy #2--Oh, now it's the cost and inconvenience of investigating Obama that's the issue...COME ON, THAT'S WHAT THE COURTS ARE FOR. Do you think the investigation into Al Capone was worth the cost and inconvenience? He was never cdonvicted of murder, extortion, etc, etc, but we all know he was guilty of those things...guess we should have just let them go as it was just a waste of time and effort.

    Creek, I may know way more about the Trilateral Commission than you think. I'm against it! I don't want our great country to meld with anyone else. I'm not for One World Order and the Union is a step to getting there. I'm against the CFR, I'm against the UN, I'm against wars that profit the War Machine and the bankers, I'm against the Secret Government. I'm for liberty and freedom. We're moving away from that and some of you can't see it. The change has been gradual but it's accelerating!

    Every President in the past and present were/are Masons. Masons have an agenda. They are on the higher levels of the pyramid. Normal, average people are on the bottom. We live in an oligarchy.

    No, it's not the cost and inconvenience that's the issue. It's that the entire 'controversy' is being promoted by a few whackjobs, and picked up by sheep, who hate anything they're told to hate. It's a complete waste of any court's time and effort.

    Twitchy, creek- there's a "Flag" link at the top of each of these articles you need to click. Just hit that, mark the page as a duplicate and move on with your life. Don't feed the trolls- they're like children. If you ignore them they'll just go away and find something else to do.

    When I said the issue could have been dealt with before the election, I mean you could have formed a campaign to convince the voters. The fact that your campaign was successful does not change the fact that you had an opportunity. There are thousands and thousands of different groups that want their ideas to be noticed by the population. Few succeed.

    Lack of standing is not a "baloney" tactic. The finding has been repeated in different judicial forums. There is no case that found standing that I know of.

    I take exception to your statement that I should "get out of the way." Who are you? We live in America, where we all have equal voice. What makes you think you can tell me to "get out of the way?"

    I've outline the harm birther investigations can cause. Let me add one. Suppose one of Obama's school records gets misplaced. Berg would allege a cover up. Berg would contact the FBI. Berg would then tell the media the FBI is investigating. When the media would ask the FBI for a response they'd be told "no comment" because of FBI rules. From there the right wing media would say Obama is being investigated for obstruction of justice. Then the mainstream media would take up the claim.

    Allowing an investigation of this hoax created by kooks would be like giving a lunatic a machine gun.

    While true, leaving them alone would make it look like they actually had an argument, instead of just being biased hate freaks and sheep. Countering their asinine accusations with facts, and a reasonable amount of accurate description of their lack of integrity and their disassociation with reality, slows or, hopefully, even reverses the spread of their type of pseudo-religious hate mongering.
