   To Members of the U.S. Senate Committee on Ethics: Chair Barbara Boxer D-CA, Mark Pryor D-AK, Sherrod Borwn D-OH, Vice Chair Johnny Isakson R-GA, Pat Roberts D-KS, Jim Risch D-ID and U.S.

   Attorney General, Eric Holder

   ETHICS VIOLATIONS AND IMPEACHMENT OFFENSES

   The excessive compensation, Pay for Play campaign contributions from lobbyist, Quid-Pro-Quo, bonuses, gifts, sweetheart deals & discounts should always be top priority with the Senate Ethics Committee. Senate members should NOT ever be allowed to take compensation for any of the above which constitutes a conflict of interest by representing legislation using federal taxpayer dollars in the form of ear marks and/or pork to political party members (DSA etc...) or subsidiaries (ACORN ect...), lobbyist (for Bank of America, citigroup, AIG, GE etc...), special interest groups (Pro Life, Gays/Lesbians etc...), and corporations (Fanny Mae & Freddy Mac etc...) above and beyond representing We The People of the United States. However, the House & Senate Ethics Committees seem to have a bind eye when it comes to investigating their own Democratic members in Congress i.e. Pelosi, Frank, Rangle, Dobbs, Murtha, Feinstein, Waters, Burris etc... The U.S. Senate Ethics Committee as well as the The House Ethics Committee are missing in action, asleep and/or corrupt. No wonder no one is policing Senate member of Congress where 5 out of 6 committee members are Democrats, which is Not exactly an example of a bi-partisan committee. The House Ethics Committee is balanced with 5 Democrats and 5 Republican. Shouldn't the Senate Ethics Committee be balanced as well? We the People demand the above members of Congress (Pelosi, Frank, Rangle, Dobbs, Murtha, Feinstein, Waters, and Burris) be thoroughly and immediately investigated and hearings convened for violations of ethics and Abuse of Power.

   Within the last 4 months the American people have witnessed examples of ethics, oath, and Constitutional violations as well as Abuse of Power within Congress particularly with the leadership of Congress i.e. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress of which 80+ are also members of the DSA Democratic Socia list Alliance http://www.tysknews.com/Depts/gov_philosophy/dsa_... who's agenda is to turn the U.S.A. into a Socialist country which is a direct violation of our Constitution as the U.S.A. is a free Republic and a free Republic cannot exist with Socia list policies and agenda. President Obama himself stated the importance of "lead by example" and "no one is above the law". However, the prevailing attitude of Democrats and DSA Democrats Majority in Congress has been to bully and threaten to get legislation passed, cut off debates, exclude Republicans from the process, partisan closed door meetings, refusal to consider 90% of Republican Bills & Amendments, deceptively slipping in and slipping out legislation just prior to vote i.e. e-verify and AIG bonuses in Stimulus Bill, changing the rules for no good ethical reason i.e. reconciliation (which should only be used in emergency cases) to pass the Omnibus Bill without a 2/3 majority, OUTRAGEOUSLY IRRESPONSIBLE ear marks & pork barrel spending i.e. 9,000+ ear marks in the Stimulus Bill and 4,000+ ear marks in the Omnibus Bill, after Present Obama stated in a town hall meeting in Fort Meyers, FL "there are no ears in the Stimulus Bill" as well as purposely not allowing enough time to actually read the Bills before demanding cloture & vote. These are all examples of Abuse of Power, unethical and unconstitutional violations. Elected representatives of Congress are required to adhere strictly to their solemn and binding Oath of Office, i.e., "I,____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." , and to the limitations of government imposed by the Constitution. Our Constitution is NOT being defended and is being violated in Congress on a regular basis. In the particular case of the GITMO photos, Speaker Pelosi officially opposes the Graham-Lieberman amendment banning the release of interrogation photos and videos where “the president strongly believes that the release of these (GITMO) photos, particularly at this time, would only serve the purpose of inflaming the threaters of war, jeopardizing U.S." Speaker Pelosi's defiance stance on this very serious issue directly violates her oath of office by endangering our military troops and jeopardizing their security and the security of the United States against our enemies. This is the 2nd very serious violation of her oath and abuse of power since Speaker Pelosi accused the C.I.A. of lying as well as violating The Freedom of Information Act filed by ACLJ to tell exactly what she knew and when she knew it with regards to waterboarding. Yet she arrogantly demanded the filing of a Freedom of Information Act to release "Top Secret" photos & videos. Speaker Pelosi has clearly demonstrated a train wreck of violations and derelict of duties with regards to her position as Speaker of the House. We the People demand that Nancy Pelosi resign immediately and/or thoroughly investigated by the Senate and Attorney General for impeachment offenses and violations of ethics, oath, constitution and the national security of our military troops and The United States of America.

   While I don't believe that Nancy, Harry, and Frank want to put our troops in additional danger, I do believe that they are currently gabling that the risk it worth the risk.

   The true reason they will release the pictures is so we will get kicked out of Iraq. The Iraq government is currently voting on a bill that would allow the US troops to stay untill the job is done or at least through the next few years and the bill is expected to pass with a very slim margin unless the pictures are released. I watched an interview with an Iraq government official that stated this and said that more likely than not the US would be immediately kicked out of the country if the pictures were released.

   Isn't it also a little fishy that the big push to release the pictures comes perfectly in time with the Iraq vote to allow our troops to stay!?!?!

   THE PRESIDENT CAN STOP THIS! HE WAS HIRED AND VOTED TO PROTECT US..WHO IS THE BOSS ANYWAY? SIGN SOMETHING THAT REALLY COUNTS TO AMERICANS, CLASSIFY THOSE PHOTOS!!!! I AM A REG. DEM. AND I DO NOT APPROVE OF ANYTHING THAT WILL LEAVE OUR TROOPS LIKE SITTING DUCKS. I AM ALREADY GOING TO CHANGE MY PARTY OFFICIALLY, OVER THIS VERY TOPIC, IT SEEMS AS THOUGH OUR ADMINISTRATION IS DOING EVERYTHING TO UNPROTECT US. I DON'T GET IT! NOT ANY KIND OF CHANGE I WAS EXPECTING. MAYBE THE NON LIB MEDIA WAS RIGHT...AND WE DID NOT LISTEN..IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE, IT WAS HIGH TIME FOR THAT CHANGE.THIS HAS TO DO WITH WHAT OBAMA WAS ELECTED TO DO..PROTECT AND SERVE US THE AMERICAN CITIZENS. WE ARE ONE NATION UNDER GOD, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL. MY FATHER AND BROTHERS FOUGHT FOR THOSE FUNDAMENTALS AND GOD GIVEN RIGHTS. CAN WE AT LEAST SHOW RESPECT FOR THEIR LOSS OF LIFE AND LIMB TO PROTECT OUR CONSTITUTION, AND LIBERTIES? THE WORLD HAS GONE CRAZY WITH PC.    Treat people the way you want to be treated....That what I always told my kids and thats what I think is right so..............I also think that enemies of this country should have to live under the same rule .Since they refuse to be good neihbors to us ...THE USA....We shouldnt worry about them and thye shouldnt get any constitutional rights....THEY ARE OUR SELF-MADE ENEMY...They should bew treated like it....That means they should have to take what comes.....And theses people like pelosi that are only concerned with protectecting our enemies and who everyday rub in the faces of Americans she is a traitor.....should be in gitmo with all her sharia lovin buddies....

   rockinro52 I agree it does seem like our world has gone crazy, as least the U.S.A. has since 1/20/09. Our government seems crazy and make no sense because we have always lived in a free Republic protected by Our Constitution but now we find ourselves in a Socialist government controlled by the Democrat Majority (DSA) Democratic Socialist Alliance Congress now that they have a President that also embraces their Marxis/Lenin idiologies, we have 20 Czars in the White House that answer only to Obama. Our government has seizing Banks & Finance Companies, AIG, GM and forced bankruptcy and closing of over 3500 dealerships across the nation, thereby reducing their competition, (what part of the Stimulus Plan saving or creating job was this?). At the same time bailing out Democrat Campaign donors i.e. citigroup 45 million where 10.8 million went to citigroup CEO, AIG 180 billion where 65 billion went to bonuses, ACORN 181 million etc.. etc... Spending & spending over the last 4 months that we don't have and borrowing 1.4 trillion dollars from China to cover it. Now $950 billions for a Socialist National Health Care Plan where Obama threatened American employers yesterday they can either pay or play when it come to Health Care. This all seems crazy because this was not the change Americans were promised by Obama and this not the change Americans want - Americans do not want a Socialist government, NO WAY, NO HOW and Hillary the New Progressive Party is the PC for DSA Democrat Socialist Alliance Party that deceived the American people by running on the Democratic ticket. The Democrats are now Socialist so the Republican Party of "NO" does not see so bad now does it. NO MORE BAIL OUT, NO to STIMULUS BILL (except for defectors Specter, Snowe & Collins), NO to OMNIBUS BILL, NO to BUDGET BILL #3, "NO" to closing GITMO & releasing terrorist, "No" to Cap & Trade & "Yes" to Drilling, "NO" to Amnesty, and "No" to National Health Care. The Party of NO is a good thing and the Democrat Majority Congress needs to learn how to say "NO" "NO' "NO" ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
