Public/Private partnership - debate and alternative offers

Why Is This Idea Important?: Positively add to the comment and debate rather than just wholey shooting down and idea that is good but has a piece that doesn't work.

This forum is a good one. However, in my mind it is tough to out right wholey support or toast an idea. Why not allow the originator the thought based on good comments. Or why not support an idea that is good and offer an alternative to a piece of the idea that doesn't work in stead of just yes or no, good or bad.

    Mistake in the idea. Cannot modify so using this comment venue. "Why not allow the originator the thought based on good comments." should be "Why not allow the originator the ability to modify an idea based on good comments, debate and feedback."
