Obama cannot run for re-election

Why Is This Idea Important?: Adherance to the constitution is critical to the nation.

Numerous states are passing legislation to require that Presidential/VP candidates prove (rather than merely swear) that they are eligible to be President before they can get on the state election ballot. This means that Mr. Obama will not be able to run for re-election since to do so would require that he release the very documents he has spent millions of dollars to date to keep from producing. If he produces the required proof it will prove that he perjured himself in 2008. If he does not produce the proof it will mean he cannot be on the ballot in those states and he will lose the election by default to his Republican opponent.
