Obama asks Supreme Court to protect Saudi Arabia and four Saudi princes from accountability for their alleged role in 9/11

Why Is This Idea Important?: Families of the 9/11 victims, however, have expressed outrage over the Obama administration's filing. They regard the action as undermining the continuing fight against terror.... All Americans should be outraged by this. from: www.jihadwatch.org

Obama asks Supreme Court to protect Saudi Arabia and four Saudi princes from accountability for their alleged role in 9/11

Yet another Which-Side-Is-Obama-On Alert: "Obama administration supports Saudi immunity in 9/11 lawsuit," from WND, June 1:

The Obama administration has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to protect Saudi Arabia and four of its princes from being held accountable for their alleged role in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the United States that killed almost 3,000 Americans, according to a report in Joseph Farah's G2 Bulletin.

Through its solicitor general, Elena Kagan, the Obama administration has asked that the Saudis be held immune under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, or FSIA, even though there is ample U.S. evidence of complicity by the Saudi government and the named princes in support of al-Qaida's attack.

While the FSIA generally protects a sovereign state, there are exceptions under which its provisions can be invoked. Such interpretations are left largely to the courts to determine.

Families of the 9/11 victims, however, have expressed outrage over the Obama administration's filing. They regard the action as undermining the continuing fight against terror....

  4. Don't forget this man has bowed to his King. In spite of the White House Press corps denying it and his sycophants in the "owned" news networks also denying it we have the video and photgraphic evidence to prove that he bowed to a King.

This is not surprising as one of the few pieces of this mystery man's past to actually surface and be verified as authentic are his Indonesian school records which list him as a Muslim, this in spite of all his denials of being a Muslim.

Sorry the proof is in the putting and this mystery man who claims to represent us has bowed to his true King!

  5. We are NOT in a war against terror. Terror is a tool being used against us in our war against Islamism. I hope you all realize that we have 35 known terrorist training camps on US soil and many of the terrorists in training are home-grown from our penal system. THAT'S a good reason to abolish the Second Amendment, huh?

  6. The 911 families deserve compensation and judgment against those who funded Al Quaida's attack. Sovereign immunity should not be used to protect those sponsoring Islamic terrorism.
