Faulk admitted to his own wrongful actions. He's not entitled to question his superiors. He's a jerk for playing the office game of listening to snippets. He should be punished for misusing data.

How is this even a question to be debated on? Do you not have a right to live in privacy without the government knowing your every move? Come on people! This is common sense. Lets say for the purpose of discussion, that you have a political view different from the establishment, what is to stop them from labeling you a "terrorist"? Just check out the MIAC report and document released by the Dept. of "Homeland Security" saying that it's a "sign of domestic terrorism" to have the Don't Tread on Me flag. They are basically saying that if you support the constitution and liberty you are a "terrorist" whatever that may mean at the time.

And how do they do all this? BY SPYING ON YOU! They make you believe its ok for them to eavesdrop on anyone they want to "protect you from the evil terrorists". It is all based on your fear. The fear and the belief that you need someone to protect you and only THEY can provide it is how they control you. Forget that, that is why we have a 2nd amendment. Look after your own safety.

Maybe there wouldn't be aggressive people that hate the US to label a "terrorist" if America would get its head out from it's own ass and stop being so damn fascist.
