IDENTIFY NAME OF HOSPITAL WHERE BARRY OBAMA WAS BORN

Why Is This Idea Important?: Required by U.S. Constitution

Please provide an OFFICIAL DOCUMENT that shows the name of the HOSPITAL that was the birthplace of Barack Obama. This document should also have the NAME of the doctor who delivered Obama, and the doctor's signature, so that this information can be verified by at least one other source.
