Openess starts at the top. If this is such an important issue, why doesn't Obama simply allow access to his information? We all have to prove who we are when do ANYTHING in our society. Why does Obama and his supporters think they are above the law.

I'm going to vote this idea up. I truly want the courts to hear these cases, but only because I enjoy the carnage left behind when birfers lose.
Birferism was CREATED as a political ploy. You may as well have adopted geocentricity as an issue. The courts don't want to hear that one, either.

You are expecting the courts to do something they are not constitutionally charged with doing. Try Congress, who performed the final certification of Obama's election; and who have institutional standing, constitutionally, as the only government body who can challenge eligibility of a sitting president. Since no Senator and no Representative, no Democrat or Republican, in the United States Congress voted against certifying the President's election -- good luck with that.

Maybe because they've gotten away with it for so long!

1) A few assertions that sound reasonable to an uniformed observer.
2) Shifting the burden of proof onto the accused.
3) Appeals to negative evidence "What is he hiding?" and "Why won't he just produce the documents?"
4) References to unspecified "experts" to back up their claims.
5) Appeals to fairness, "I just want the truth." and "We just want what's required"
6) Consistent and repeated claims of "crisis" and "controversy".
7) The repeated claims of "a growing number of people" and "now a majority of citizens"
8) And last but not least, constant claims of "we're winning".
