Lets be sure to drug/alcohol test randomly at any given moment all Government officials, State welfare recipients, State officials, and Disability recipients. For the simple fact to make it fair for those of us who have to pass the test to get/keep a job.

This has been on my mind also. I get drug tested, and work 60 hr a week. I see people EVERYDAY. With thier Food Stamps card, get their munchies, then use the cash they can get off of the card, buy their beer and "Skins, Blunt's" (for those my age that is a cigar)

Absolutely test them for alcohol, after all it IS a drug, and a far more destructive drug than all the illicit ones put together.
