This website could have been a useful way to get valid ideas, but instead it has been hijacked by a small group of people with too much time and too few values.
The reason government is not always open is because the presence of the noisy few prevents real discussion or decision making. Thus government has to move behind closed doors in just the same way private business does.
This forum would be more useful if it were harder to put ideas in, and required more effort on the part of the submitter.
