where 3 or 4 stonewallers kicked, punched and burned with a cigarette lighter a "birfer" girl, and cut her hair off with scissors that they then stabbed her with? Man, all those stonewallers are violent, dangerous lawbreakers and I have 22 websites (all of course by "birfers") to prove my point. and there is no law that can be used to punish them (except one of them) for more than a misdemeanor.
Now to be serious:
Come, on you guys-all this talk of violence is bad for the whole country. We are no where near the point of having to enforce any of our rights with violence. Let's tone down the language and be more civil to one another. It is becoming more and more apparent that there is no common ground...either you are a birfer or you are a stonewaller. Plead your cases all you want, but it won't be decided here, anyway, so be more civil with your words, please.

With all due respect to you.......You do have a point
To many Americans( especially those of us that have seen 1st hand reall violence and danger perpetrated by law enforcement and politicians) seeing signs of "real danger" and, then, seriously discussing how "combat" it would not be an issue if our rights were not being violated....When a persons riht to be safe or to protect their kids from "bad influences" are violated..........Among other things....People get upset and Protective (among other things) of their rights....What I think is some of the problem is.....people like me ...cannot understand how soem of the twisted views of others are possible.... I am not talking about I like blue you like purple....How can people see what administration after administration is doing to this country and actually defend some or, any of them because of a aprty they belong too......If you belonged to a club and the guy who you socialize with at that club( any example will due) and, lets say that guy is using his business to defraud people or, violate their constitutional rights in any way and then, he comes to you and says "hey, I need help covering this up" ..........What would you do? Would you help him?
Ok, let's say he;s using his business to help another country steal from your neighbors and America in general......................Would you turn the other cheek and help him cover it up....while endlessly fighhting to protect him ( even if he and these people killed Americans) ? All I am saying is before telling everyone theya re bad for wanting fight for their GOD GIVEN rightsONLY because THEY HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY PUT IN THAT POSITION BY OTHERS.....Please think about the real danger this country is in......
you know what it's not anyones fault, treating the symptoms not the cause, he has to show his birth certificate. it will only get worse. he's kenyan. GET OVER IT. stupid idiots, there's no government. the constitution says our government and we won't get rid of it. this is a dumb post i think, cause people can do whatever they want. it's afree country and i think your trying to make some dumb crap up and make up a dumb law. hey i don't know what real danger the country is in, thts a complete lie. you let the people go out of control and you let the governmetn go out of control. other than that your a control freak, and trying to make up crazy crap.
hate crimes laws discriminate by creating a protected class of citizens as well as enforcing the Orwellian notion of "thoughtcrime." That is part of why I am so strongly against the new "hate crimes" legislation passed by the House but stalling in the Senate--I don't advocate violent crimes against anybody, but don't believe it is fair or Constitutional to impose a heftier penalty on someone because they committed thoughtcrime or attacked a protected class of citizens.
AMX-
AMEN!!!
They have to fast track as much as they can cause they won't have the votes for this sh1t for the next 30 yrs. after 2010.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has promised quick action
to pass Hate Crimes legislation as early as today! Sources
indicate the Senate leadership may append the controversial
Hate Crimes law to an innocuous bill like the Travel Promotion
Act.
This is outrageous! We've been calling for a full and fair
stand-alone hearing for the Hate Crimes bill, but Senate
leaders hope they can sneak it through before the end of
the week.
++ Urgent Action Needed Now!
Thanks in large part to Liberty Counsel team members,
opposition and outrage to the "smuggling" of Hate Crimes
legislation through the Senate is building.
In the past few days alone, you have flooded the Senate
with tens of thousands of petitions, faxes and phone calls.
But now we must keep the pressure on and DEMAND that Harry
Reid back away from this plan to fast-track the anti-faith
hate crimes bill.
+ + Action #1 -- Fax Reid and other key Senators NOW
Please help overwhelm Senate Majority Leader Reid's office --
as well as the offices of other key leaders in the Senate --
along with your two Senators.
WE MUST DEMAND THAT REID AND OTHERS STOP THE FAST-TRACKING
OF THE DANGEROUS HATE CRIMES LAW BY HIDING IT IN A TOTALLY
UNRELATED BILL!
Go here right now to schedule your faxes:
http://www.libertyaction.org/r.asp?U=19749&CID=292&RID=21008545
Of course, you can send your own faxes. We have provided all
the information you need at the above link. Either way --
PLEASE SEND YOUR FAXES!
+ + Action #2 -- Call Majority Leader Reid and your Senators
Also, please call Harry Reid and tell him you oppose the plan
to fast-track the anti-faith, anti-family Hate Crimes bill.
Majority Leader Harry Reid: 202-224-5556
Majority Whip Dick Durbin: 202-224-9447
Democratic Policy Chair Byron Dorgan: 202-224-3232
Here are the numbers for my two Senators:
Sen. Schumer 202-224-6542
Sen. Gillibrand 202-224-4451
Talking Points:
1. I am very disappointed that the Senate plans to fast-track
the "Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act" (S. 909)
by attaching it as an amendment to another bill, quite
possibly the Travel Promotion Act (S. 1023).
2. This bill deserves its own consideration as a stand-alone
bill, not to be rushed through as an amendment.
3. I oppose the Hate Crimes Prevention Act and urge you to
oppose it as well. It is an attack on faith and family
while granting special rights based on "sexual orientation"
and "gender identity," terms which are not even clearly
defined in the bill.
+ + Let's expose the deceitful plan to sneak this bill through
I am thankful that news has leaked about the Senate leadership's
attempts to sneak this anti-faith bill through to President
Obama's desk. This gives us a small window of opportunity to
fight back.
Let's expose this scheme and stop the Hate Crimes law! Thank you
in advance for taking a stand with me.
