DO NOT WITHDRAW BUSH DEPORTATION RULE.

Why Is This Idea Important?: ANOTHER UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAD ON OUR CONSTITUTION.

ILLEGALS HAVE NO RIGHTS IN THE USA UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION. SO MR HOLDER YOUR WITHDRAWAL OF THE BUSH DEPORTATION RULE, ALLOWING ILLEGALS WITH NO RIGHTS TO ARGUE THEIR LAWYERS DID A BAD JOB TO STAY HERE LONGER IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL. EITHER FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION OR GET OUT OF OFFICE.

    Totally have to agree with this one. This is why the "rule of law" scares me. This is what kings and dictators have used throughout time to control people. While I'm at it - we are not a nation of cowards!

    What monster would deport people that have lived in this country simply because they found employment and a means to provide for their family? These people are human beings. They provided labor. They purchase from our markets as well. They helped us maintain our way of live by adding their services while using the ones we sold to them. I would think they should be given the same treatment that hersanchturay wants for her or hims self. Fellow human beings. We all hopefully have the same enjoyments and pains. We should draw our line in concrete so that we will not continue to have repeats of the problems of the past. But the folks that are already established here, let them be.

    p: IF YOU LIVED IN CALIF YOU WOULD SEE THAT THEY ARE CAUSING THE STATE TO GO BELLY UP. THEY USE FOOD STAMPS, GET HOUSING, MEDICAL AND ANY OTHER AID AVAILABLE, WHILE DRIVING CADDY ESCALADES TO THEIR WELFARE APPOINTMENTS. THEY ARE A SCOURGE ON OUR SOCIETY AND PAY FOR THINGS WITH OUR MONEY. PERSONALLY, SINCE MY FAMILY CAME HERE LEGALLY,AND LEARNED THE LANGUAGE AND LAWS TO BECOME CITIZENS, IF THEY WONT DO THE SAME,AND SERVE IN THE ARMED FORCES TO PROTECT THIS GREAT COUNTRY, THEY CAN ALL GO HOME. ESP THE ONES WE SUPPORT IN OUR PENAL SYSTEM.

    If one really feels that they are being invaded, study some history of how we came to have our good old USA. We didn't have any real papers when we landed. The folks we called Indians lived on the lands, free people, and the land was theirs. We took their land. It isn't really ours. What right do we have to bar someone else from comming here? Don't make good scence to me.

    Folks can find a place they can be comfortable, good for them.
