Courts ignoring the law. I'll post, but watch then take it down.

Why Is This Idea Important?: Fraud should not be rewarded or llowed to stand.

A fraud is a fraud and a crime is a crime, and courts need to be held accountable for ignoring "law and a fraud" and then holding it as legal for them to enforce. Case in point, "the 16nth amendment." Su (03-CV-39) Visit http://www.fairtaxnation.com/profiles/blogs/taxes-are-the-price-we-pay. The judge basicly says that "the 16nth amendment" was never ratified. He also states that he believes the courts will never set it aside.
