Chilling Open Government -- Method Four

Why Is This Idea Important?: Death by a thousand cuts. Nope, there are more of us than them. Continue to notify the White house of your expectation that the memo be honored and proper forum provided for public participation and collaboration.

Describe analysis that fails to capture the meaning of brainstorming, that washes it of all true conflict, praise it, and close comments.

This is just disgusting. There is very little pretense that this is an open process.

    It could be fairly said that this is a form of spam, but equally, it can be fairly said that ideas should be presented one by one to permit more confident voting.

    Similar to earmarks. Putting ideas together chill voting.

    Besides, smaller paragraphs are easier to read and decide upon.

    I tried putting them all together earlier. This seems to get a better response.
