The below web site is the analysis work performed by the National Academy of Public Administration and sent to the White House.
http://www.ostp.gov/galleries/opengov_inbox/NAPA_analysis.pdf
Everyone who cares about this process should visit that document and compare it to what you have already seen or posted on this website.
Form your own opinions (fact based) as to what was or was not extracted from this exercise and how it has been presented to the White House.
To say the least, some, even many will or may be surprised at the thrust(s), data and ideas actually presented (distilled) from this process.

Was most of this written prior to the start up of the site??? What kind of education does it take for someone to totally disregard (in regards to direct reference in the document)the #1 topic posted/voted on???
As to:
Executive branch commanding the legislative branch...
That is the argument used to disregard the popular demand for ending the war on drugs.
It is diversionary. Health care is also in the hands of the legislature, the administration has no problem involving itself there.
So was the bailout. Administration made demand after demand on legislature.
When it is a policy the administration wants, it is called leadership.
When it is a policy the administration does not want to touch it is called legislative territory.
We do not have to accept and be bound by the parameters of that game.
Wow!
NOT EVEN A MENTION of the NUMBER ONE ISSUE on the site.
Looks like it is time to fire Lena Trudeau, Vice President of The National Academy of Public Administration for LYING in her report to the President.
I do wonder if the report was written before the postings even began? Certainly the focus areas were set ahead of time. It seemed worthy for the report to note the decriminalization if marijuana but not Constitutional or presidential qualification posts. Oh, those are in the "off topic" category...my mistake.
