Although it has been indicted for voter fraud and implicated on other instances of wrongdoing at the taxpayers expense, it appears that ACORN may be of the entities hired to be census takers. This corrupt organization cannot be allowed to participate in Governmental functions.

There is much, too much at stake here. The census determines, among many things, Congressional Districts....
Who could trust ACORN, with it's history of voter fraud participation, to determine critical issues such as that?
Anyone can be charged or indicted, that does not make an alligation true. Did ACORN have a policy that was criminal? Or are there real crimes done by ACORN members that was not ACORN policy. I don't know. If not, we can still be suspicious, but that is hardly a legal justification for outright rejection.
