Pass a bill to stimulate NEW car sales as fast as possible. It will greatly help the manufacturing industry (JOBS). Speaking for my self I drive a 2006 SUV and I would very much like to trade for a newer more fuel efficient vehicle. But when you go to trade as you well know you can be upside down in a vehicle when trading. Bill H.R.1606 will help balance out that by giving the new car buyer a $5000 dollar voucher making it more affordable to trade in there vehicle. I do know people are waiting for this to pass and by WAITING it only hurts car sales even more. That's why its so important to get this passed as soon as possible. We can not wait any longer.
