I misspelled birthers purposely and posted a web address because certain key words don't get past the moderators. This is another lawsuit brought on Obama and the Congress for failing to provide proof of qualification to be POTUS and failure of the Congress to investigate before he was allowed to run for office. There is finally a judge willing to take the case seriously.

Blackmon, I know that you're going to jump on this but it has nothing to do with your accusations of Orly Taite fabricating a case against Obama. This is the real deal. You can't debunk this one!

The judge isn't saying the case won't be thrown out or that its not frivolous.

If Obama is an imposter then think about this for a minute. Treason will be more than just him. You are talking Congress, the news media, Democrats, Republicans, judges. You will have lawyers on both sides, through in Acorn, ACLU, etc. You get the picture. Treason! This will get ugly and you will see insurrection. There is a blind eye here, the lying media fall in love with Obama, and the nation did as well (only those fools who believe this crap). See there is more to this than you know.
