We'd like to welcome the policy discussion process to the Internet, but it's naïve to assume that this idea is well served by an undermoderated, underprogrammed voting site. OGD needs an open-source, meritocratic algorithm for ranking, and a clear, non-partisan netiquette.

Racist slurs, name-calling, threats, & duplicate posts are all subject to removal according to that policy. You are free to flag any post that you choose if it is not in accordance. If you do so errantly out of spite, however, that would be vandalism. I do not think you, I, or any of the adults on here would like to be vandals. If I have been mistaken in flagging a post as duplicate or spam, I apologize.
Also, please note that calling for an increased importance in netiquette will better serve group cohesion and dispute resolution.
